Delivery driver was super nice. Got my order and realized he forgot my drinks. Said he was gonna go get them and come back. Fingers crossed he does! Opened up my food to see brunt breadsticks all the other food was fine.

Friday night, pizza arrived undercooked. In places, the dough was stretchy and still white.
When I called this in, I was accused of lying and told that it was literally impossible for the pizza to be undercooked. I asked to speak to someone else and was put on hold for 6 minutes.
I called the store via another phone and talked to someone else. They told me they would get me a new pizza, but the original one had to be still intact, no problem. He said this would take 30-45 minutes.
An hour later I called to report that the new pizza had not arrived. I was told the driver was 3 minutes away. 20 minutes after that I called the store again and was placed on hold another 10 minutes, I called the store again with my other phone. I told them I would rather just have a refund at this point. I was told in order to get a refund I still needed to return the original pizza intact to the driver when he get there. The driver showed about ten minutes after that. I gave him the pizza and he called his manager to get the refund approved. It is the next day and I have not received the refund yet. This is the worst experience I have ever had with pizza hut in over 30 years. will not return.

I ordered a hour prior before going into the store to pick up food. The “manager” was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a pepperoni pizza & wings. When I got there I was told I the kitchen “gave me extra” so I asked extra what I just wanted my food. It was a pizza with both pepperoni & sausage on there and no wings. This man was having a full blown personal conversation with a football coach before even acknowledging me, which he eventually walked out with his ONE PIZZA HE ORDERED and my pizza and wings. I asked for a refund and this man got very irritated and nasty. Basically through a pen and receipt under the counter and said “sign that” I’m confusing I asked him who was he speaking to, he replied you or you’re not getting no money back until it’s signed. Before exiting I was threatened. This man has no sense of what a manager is at all. It was many infractions that any one with proper knowledge of a restaurant business will see as a red flag. I’ll never visit here again and wouldn’t suggest any one else too.

Nothing wrong with the pizza or my order. The employees were courteous and professional when I went in to pick it up. My issue is this Pizza Hut is NOT on Government Blvd. It is on Airport Blvd. This caused a lot of frustration and confusion because I am new to the area. When I called the girl said they were on airport and I was even further confused because I didn't realize Airport Blvd was on the other side of the building. I finally saw the doors on Government Blvd marked as Pizza Hut employee entrance and that the customer entrance was on Airport Blvd so I managed to drive down the street and cut over to Airport Blvd and then it was easy, but PLEASE CORRECT YOUR ADDRESS!!! And maybe put a large sign on the Government Blvd side in the meantime.

Had a pan pizza with 5 ingredients. Had bubbles in crust. Poorly made! Like a 5 yr old child made it! The cinnamon roll was microwaved and under cooked. Won't be back 🙄

This place is an absolute joke I order a pizza at 9 for delivery through Pizza hut. Hour and a half later no delivery I called them to check on it the first thing they say is we closed and then when I told him I order over an hour and a half ago they put me on hold and somehow my order ended up with doordash. Well I'm in a hotel room not to mention doordash goes to the front desk and ask for me by name. Needless to say night shift didn't check the laws or the doordash person didn't even attempt to call the phone number needless to say I never got my food

Very rude an had an extremely bad attitude. I don’t know who was there between March 6th between 8:30 pm and 9:15 pm. But they do not deserve a job anymore. Y’all have definitely lost a long amazing customer after tonight!!
