Moe's Southwest Grill

Ordered online for delivery. Ordered nacho's - white meat chicken, extra chicken and toppings. Received order - completely messy and thrown together with minimal effort. Hardly any toppings on top of a pile of chips. Very little chicken - which was not all white meat as ordered and hardly any toppings as requested. Made it a meal and they put a empty drink copy in the bag and told the driver "They didn't know what I ordered". Totally unacceptable. I could have received better from Taco Bell for 5.00. Ridiculous. Called the store to complain and no one answered. Save your money and order elsewhere unless you can be present in the store to make sure they do things right.

I walked in to order and there were three people ahead of me, they served those three people then left me standing there for 20 minutes while they filled online orders. I understand those orders have to be filled but they never acknowledged that I was standing there, never asked me to hang on, never spoke a word. Service and food quality of Moes has become equal with McDonalds. Just far more expensive.

The food was good but there wasn't a clean table in the entire restaurant. Seats were dirty. Floor was dirty. Food service area was totally trashed with a pile of chips on the counter and queso spilled all around. Pop machine was a syrupy mess. Sneeze shield over salsa was covered in dust and the entire drink area was dirty. All Salsa bowls were low and salsa was slopped on the bar. The kid that made our food didn't seem to want to be there and he threw our food together in the bowl like he couldn't care less. I don't know what happened here but Management needs to crack the whip on these employees. It used to be fantastic. I hope these problems are addressed.

This place used to be great, but as of summer 2021 they've changed their menus and remodeled their dining area to mimic Chipotle. The portions were smaller and i had to ask several times to add more ingredients. I was a long time customer but lately I'm not considering this place much anymore. 2022 Update: I gave this place another try and was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and the portions were generous. Changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Would've been 5 if the tabletops had been clean.
