Jersey Mike's Subs

Order wrong, over priced. We were supposed to get a regular Italian on wheat with extra meat and no oil & vinegar. For $12, we got a 6" on white with some extra ham, slathered in vinegar. I called the manager to let him know what happened. I didn't want anything but a "I'll check into it". Didn't even get that. The Gargantuan at Jimmy John's is just down the street and it costs less. I'll go there from now on.

My first time ever having Jersey Mike's the roast beef was very fresh. But the bread is hard as a rock. A knife won't even cut it. Tried calling this store but keeps saying mailbox is full. (Order was placed on door dash) Added: Jersey Mike owner, I emailed like was told on July 8th still no response. Why tell me to even email then? It is now Jan 2022 and still no response.

It was pretty busy coming into this restaurant around 11:10am. I ordered their famous Philly Cheese sandwich with onions and peppers. I must say, I was not disappointed. They made my sandwich pretty quick and it was still steaming hot till the very last bite. I can thank my brother for referring me here, it's a great place for subs that's for sure. I can't wait to try out other sandwiches from this place.

I’ve been in this location twice. Both times they’ve closed before closing hours. Employees seem as if they just hate their jobs and is very rude to customers. My last visit they actually let me in and had a attitude saying they were out of everything so they wouldn’t have to make my sandwich. I was livid and tried to keep calm. Whoever the manager is at this location need to have a staff meeting and train every employee on how to maintain great customer service. Also, if the sign says you close at 9. Why are the closing employees closing at 8 and 8:30 pm?? Confused!! This location sucks!!!! I recommend not visiting this location anytime between 8 and 9pm!
