Pot Au Pho Vietnamese Restaurant

pho never goes wrong! the place was quiet when we walked in. got their vegetarian pho and i was terribly pleased by the amount of vegetables they offered. a medium could fill two people like me who have small appetites. the place was well kept and clean. our waitress was very kind and so were the other staffs. will have to come back to try more of their dishes.

My favorite pho place in Mobile! Edit: Today, they had an opportunity to show how great their customer service is. We were reluctant to notify the staff that our pho noodles were too soft because we didn’t want to be difficult, and their food has always been top notch. When we finally let them know that the noodles were too soft this time, they took the noodles back and prepared us a new bowl. They were very quick to serve us again and the owner delivered the new bowl of pho himself. The noodles were perfect! The server checked on us after a couple of minutes to make sure everything was good. We are very satisfied with how they took care of us and will be back again soon.

Good pho, mediocre service at best. I think it would be better if it was self serve. Most of the time I don’t get refills, or they ask after we’re finished eating. I would like this place a lot more if I didn’t get harassed by a homeless woman every time I eat here. She waits for people to leave the restaurant and asks them for money/food. Even following them to their cars. The establishment seems like they could care less about it.

We are on vacation down here from Washington and decided to come eat here since we have never tried Pho before. And it was absolutely amazing!! Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed and she even made my family of 5 Bobas perfectly! We had the blonde girl as our waitress and the other girl with her was also very nice and helpful! Good timing to come on a Friday night. Not too busy (: Definitely would be coming back before we leave to go home and hopefully the same girls will be there when we come in to eat!

Nothing like Pho noodle 🍜 bowl on a hot southern day. Generous portions of meat, noodles, bean sprouts, & jalapeños. Spring rolls are light and refreshing with fresh crispy vegetables. Don't forget the delicious Vietnamese coffee. Which may come in handy if you've exceeded your personal Scoville scale.
