Moab Food Truck Park

Tacos El Gordo is amazinggggg 😍❤️❤️ please please do visit them. We were in Moab for two days and went both the days to eat from their food truck. So affordable and delicious!! Shrimp taco was SO GOOD. We even tried panini’s from a panini truck and their “Pinch Me” Smoothie was so refreshing. What a lovely place and so many options to choose from!

awesome food. After my first dinner I hit this place every day on my way back from the Arches and Canyonlands. Had red wok 1 night and taco el gordo the other 2. Had the smothered burrito at taco el gordo, daughter had taco's, wife had the quesadillas both nights. red wok had the fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. Mexican was better though. Plenty of choices from the other trucks. Also the black cherry shaved ice hit the spot after a long day in the sun.

We had no idea that we were traveling to an entire Food Truck Park, with a variety of multiple trucks and food options to possibly choose from. We just had located one truck online and followed the directions that were provided. We thought the idea of a food truck park was fun, and unique. The truck we ate at (Red Wok Kitchen) fed us well, food was decent, but it was not the truck or even the genre of food that we traveled to the park for. We originally wanted a different truck, however, when we arrived, we found out that the truck was not even there. We had 3 truck options to choose from for food and 1 truck option for smoothies/drinks. When trucks move locations, they need to do a better job at keeping that updated online, for accuracy of hours and location. Maybe a central site that shows what exact trucks are on site at the park and during what times they will be there. We were mislead and it was honestly frustrating. Our options for food to choose from were not all that great.

I WISH we had this where I’m from. My friend and I were wandering around looking for somewhere to eat, but everything was super crowded. This place is so cool. A park with games, music, and a ring of food trucks with all kinds of cool foods. Even a place that makes mini donuts to order! Did I mention I wish we had this where I live?
