Best food truck ever! Huge portions, they have tables and chairs in a nice setting. They are apart from the place where the other food trucks are located. It’s also nice as they have their private “yard”.
Make sure you visit this place!

My husband loves quesadillas, so as soon as he found this place in Moab, he told me we were going.
We tried the Southern Belle. I loved that it wasn't your traditional quesadilla. The addition of sweet potatoes was my favorite part.
There were many other options I would have been happy to try, but we went next door to check out the food truck park.
I'd happily come back next time I'm in Moab.

One of the best quesadillas we've had. Portions are big and they are well stuffed. We had the Enchanted Chicken and the New Mexico Identity Crisis. Very good. Would have liked to try their Cubano's Cousin too, maybe next time.

Ordered the enchanted chicken which was amazing and the sweet n spicy which wasn't as great in my opinion. The portions are large, one would be enough for two people. Will be returning!

Best quesadillas I’ve ever had, salsa fresh and flavourful, guac was tasty and not too salty, chipotle sour creme was perfect, enjoyed the Jeep week atmosphere of the food truck location. Highly recommend of you like fresh home cooked quesadillas!

I was surprised how delicious and filling these quesadillas were. If I went back, I would probably spilt one with someone else. You could tell they used quality ingredients and the taste was amazing.
My only gripe was the price. The food was great, but for a food truck (limited outdoor seating and no free water like a sit-down establishment), I wasn’t thrilled to pay that much for a quesadilla.

Best Quesadilla in the world!! Ok, maybe not the world, but probably the best I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, bangin sauces and sour cream, nice seating area under a tree. Will stop. Every time.
