B's Wine Bar

I attended a birthday function on Sunday with the Houston Boomers. There were 15 people in our group. The servers were attentive. We went at 4 but the servers stated they charged $10 at 7pm as there is a band scheduled that night. I left before they charged the entry fee. I got the catfish with fries and rum punch. The food came out timely considering the number of people. The catfish was fantastic and the fries were seasoned. The catfish was fried as I like it - hot, crispy with a light, fluffy taste. I'm a tarter sauce and hot sauce girl. The tarter sauce was on point. The rum punch was just ok. They gave us water with little or no ice. I think they put the ice in the watered down rum punch. The catfish plate was $18 and the rum punch was $10. Had a great time here.

Nice place to meet with friends for a cocktail. For a first-time patron, don't expect a greeter. Just seat yourself according to security guard. Seats are comfortable. Quaint outside seating area. Music was provided by the online streaming with ads. Friday night after hour DJ was willing to take requests. Food: Sangria with the Caesar salad was good. Dessert was the cheesecake delivered to the table frozen. Staff was friendly, engagin, and attentive. He did apologize for the frozen cheesecake. It took a while to get the check after several attempts to gain his attention. Overall, it was a moderately pleasant experience.

I love the new location as much as the old location!! Friday night was a great night to get out, the music was AMAZING, the ambience is great for whatever you choose- whether that's chilling with your friends, meeting new people, watching sports or just getting out for the night. We had a pretty big group but our server was attentive and found a way to get to us pretty timely. The owner is INCREDIBLY sweet and she makes the time to check in with customers. My recommendation is to get there early though... The entire parking lot of the shopping center was PACKED almost to capacity, as there were only about 5 spaces available on the last possible row. In the parking lot, there are several spaces for electric cars to charge, which happens to be on the same row that I had to park (arriving about 8pm). I very HIGHLY recommend B's Wine Bar!!

Went here on a Friday evening around 6 and there was parking available. However the location shares parking with other businesses so parking might be an issue depending on the time. There wasn't much of a crowd so plenty of seats were available. Light jazz was being played and the service were received was good. I had the flatbread pizza which was good but my sister said the catfish was salty. The drinks were really good. It started to get crowded around 7-7:30, to the point where people had to wait for a table to become available. A DJ showed up around that same time so music switched to hip hop & R&B of I'm remembering correctly. At that point it was a bit loud. I prefer the light music in the background as it really accentuates the vibes. We did meet the owner who seemed really personable. Can't wait to go back there.
