Waited to order at the drive thru for over 10mins without any acknowledgment from the staff over the speaker. This was after waiting 20 min for the 2 cars in front of us to order. We waited a good 5 mins before even saying anything once at the ordering area. We called out ‘hello’ multiple times to see if anyone was there, but no one responded. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I get if the restaurant is understaffed, but cmon this was ridiculous. At least acknowledge your customers and let them know you’ll be with them in a moment. Ended up leaving without ordering due to lack of customer service.

Placed an order at 4pm today using the app. Waited for 2hrs with no updated on delivery. Called the store 3 times over 30 minutes and eventually someone answered who said that they are not actually doing delivery at the moment and the order was instead scheduled for 11am tomorrow. I cancelled the order and will not be placing one in the future. I understand being short staffed but there really needs to be some notice to customers on the app that delivery isn't an option. Really not impressed *edit/update* reviewed the app and there is a small section in the checkout that has the date and time. It defaults to the next available and I've never had this be an issue before. I take partial blame in the poor experience but I feel it needs to be made clear if delivery isn't available same day.
