Subway

My son and I went for an early lunch on Friday and the guy working the line, Dylan was probably the friendliest face I've seen all week! He was so kind and patient with my son who has disabilities. He made friendly conversation and really made a great impression. Also, I was shocked at how clean the food cooler area was. I've never seen it that clean! Lastly, the sandwiches were great. It's a common problem that people put too much stuff on my sandwich (because I like all the vegetables) and it becomes a huge disaster. He used exactly the right amount of ingredients. Amazing job Dylan! You are definitely an asset to the company.

We have been regulars at this location for years. That said the staff training has clearly gone down hill. Last night we went in ordered two sandwiches, salad and kids meal. The sandwiches were made well. For the salad they were out of the correct bowl fine, but after adding the tuna and cheese, the young man put in literally one small handful of spinach and one handful of lettuce. The bigger issue was the kids meal. We got the sandwich. I asked if it was apple sauce and milk or juice. The other young man said not its milk or applesauce. I asked if he was sure and he said yes, milk OR applesauce. Unfortunately the menu where the kids meal is defined was covered by a shelf and only employees can see the description. So then I asked if he has the little bag. He said they don't have that. I asked if he meant they were out, but he said no, they have nothing like that. So really what's the point of the meal? And according to the Subway website there is still a toy included AND applesauce.

Ordered online due to a rushed lunch break. Arrived at specified time. Employee looked shocked when I told him I was there to pick up an online order. Checked the computer and said oh sorry, it doesn't alert us when we get online orders. Still had to wait 15 minutes for sandwiches to be made. Annoying.

Do not order subway platters from here. They will act like they have no idea what you are talking about. My husband had to miss some of his daughters first bday party because they didn't make it. No discount was given for the time we have wasted sitting there waiting for it and it's just really disappointing how careless they are that this happened like it's just no big deal to them. I will never go here or order from here again unless something is done about this which is a shame because I'm a weekly customer. Beyond disappointed. Do better.
