Chipotle Mexican Grill

When I got in there I wasn't greeted just what would you like. I ordered my food but there was a delay on the Queso Blanco. There wasn't no team work just a bunch of disputes & one guy grabbed the tip jar when he coulda been cleaning up this lobby. I waited for damn near 8 minutes for my Queso Blanco. One Uber Eats Driver said this location gets so lazy after 8pm she doesn't like to wait for her customer's food from here. This is unacceptable for any customer who wants Food With Integrity this is no where near that slogan. I'm very disappointed in this location & with all due respect I'll take my money elsewhere where Food With Integrity really exist at.

Website works very slowly, so slowly that as it's loading, I press one button but since the website is still loading the frame has moved and I've actually pressed a different button. Ordering can take 5 to 10 minutes. They have good food at reasonable prices so they can get away with a lot. They are taking full advantage of this by making feedback difficult. As long as they're making money they don't want to know what's wrong. That's their prerogative just like it's mine to skip the wait and frustration and eat somewhere else.

If you order online expect your food to be ready 30+ minutes after the assigned “pickup time”. I’ve ordered online 10+ times and not once has it been ready at the designated time. On this particular occasion, I arrived 15 minutes after my assigned time given their slow history and they still had not started making my order. The worst part is the employees don’t care at all and just look at each other with zero accountability. I love the food but hate the customer experience.

I don't understand the negativity. It gets very busy around meal time and lots of people come in the restaurant. It's not the employees fault that everyone is lazy to cook for them selves now days. anyway the employees are nice and very considerate when it comes to their customers. And they're very hard-working people. However Chipotle should hire more people instead of being cheap, cuz that's nothing but slave labor and overworking the employees. Maybe the leader is up in corporate should go visit their restaurants every so often and help out their workers every now and then instead of taking all the money.

Wednesday around 130pm A black girl with curly hair I think she may be mixed was giving out big portions of meat to black people I saw her give about 3 scoops and gave me a tiny portion probably less than a scoop. I saw she kept doing it to her own people only. That is racist!!She already ruined my whole experience I've always liked coming here..not anymore

This location is insanely slow for online orders. Even if you arrive at your pickup time, expect to wait another 20+ minutes. The main service line will cycle through multiple times over, before anyone even asks which order you're waiting for. Many orders over several months have been like this. Even if they're not very busy. My advice: don't order online. Just wait in line, it'll be much, MUCH faster.

I've stopped eating out so much during the pandemic, and I still mask up, don't eat indoors, etc. So the pickup option would be great for me. I've been to this location twice in the last month. The first time, I had to wait indoors @15 minutes b/c they didn't print out the online orders until they had four people standing around looking at an empty pickup shelf. I wasn't mad though, b/c the person who saw the problem handled it w/ grace. OTOH the burrito was so blah, I was wondering why I ever liked Chipotle. So this time I decided just to get queso and chips and a fountain drink. Stlll had to wait indoors several minutes b/c they weren't keeping up w/ the online orders. Then the fountain for Diet Coke wasn't working. So for my $3 large fountain drink, I had to go with Coke Zero. And that's how I learned that Coke Zero tastes like absolute garbage. This place is an exercise in frustration. Done now.
