Subway

I call and try to place an order and they say i can’t place and order through phone just online. So I do. I get there to pick up and to start off the drinks were not even filled up to the top it was 3/4 full, they forget my Doritos, I pull up to the drive through to tell them and the girl fills them up. I paid $3 EXTRA to get avocado in one of my subs I get home and guess what? No frkn avocado on the sub! It’s ridiculous and it was even a busy day! need better customer service!

On April 17th at 11:26am, I arrived at the drive thru window at Subway Palmhurst. The young lady opened the window and I told her I ordered a sandwich online and was also going to ask her if she could make sure the sandwich was toasted, but while I was talking she closed the window. I waited for her to return and when she did she gave me the sandwich and closed the window abruptly without me being able to tell her anything. I don’t know if she was having a bad morning, but she needs to improve on her customer service. I had not encountered bad customer service at this location before. That’s bad for business.

Worst subway ever and this was my first time ordering at this place. Placed an online order waited 30 minutes outside, and when I went to get it they hadn't even started the order. Finally get home and for it to be all wrong. Asked for toasted, light mayo and mustard. I get home the sandwich was cold and covered in mustard and mayo. 🗑️
