If I could give this 7-11 0 stars I would! I have NEVER experienced the complete lack of customer service that I received today. I’ll start taking my business elsewhere.

Went in with my mouth and nose covered since it said that was required for service. Also the door said no reusable cups. I get my snack and soda. Get to check out, they won't serve me because it wasn't a properly quality face mask. Also the person behind was a cop and had reused there reusable cup but that was ok? Still against the CDC laws but they didn't care about that. Very rude.

Trash service, horrible cleanliness, awful employees, they say they are following the health departments “laws” but then turn around and cook food in the nastiest store in Mishawaka. (Just look at the shelves in the coolers). Stay away and spend your hard earned money some place else!!

EVERY TIME! I come to 7/11 i have a terrible experience. This place just need to be closed down, horrific customer service. I needed to take my daughter to the restroom and I was told No and blocked. My daughter had an ACCIDENT on herself because of this selfish ignorance! I understand it’s an employee restroom... but can you have some damn compaction for a parent and her child. After that i didn’t even buy what i needed. I just walked out!!!!!

This location needs a new manager and staff out of five random 7-Eleven stores I called for a price check on one item THIS STORE would not allow it. Then I went in personally to get the item and a manager Stacy and her co-LADY FRIEND /worker was VERY unfriendly more so her co-worker smiling while being extremely disrespectful and rude as my walking OUT THE DOOR... Its a good thing I was NOT a mystery shopper the store would have ranked below the one star I'm allowed to give them now.

They sold me a broken car charger, I went right back in and they said no exchanges or refunds, that even if broke I still bought it and so it is mine. Excuse me?!? I reached into the bin and exchanged it anyway :/

I been to this location a lot and the staff was rude and they don’t go by the prices on any of their items for instance I bought 2 20oz pop and 2 pieces of pizza and the guy was like that be 675 I said but yet on their window and door on pop area it said buy 2 20oz Pepsi or Mountain Dew and 2 pieces of pizza meal deal for $4 the employee said I don’t believe you and I said go check the door and he tried saying oh that’s a old sign he tried arguing with me and I almost walked out without anything.very rude.
