7-eleven

Brought my 52 oz. 7-11 branded cup to this 7-11, filled it up, didn't notice the no-refill sign. The guy ( I'm assuming was the manager,) said, " Nope," grabbed my cup from my hands, dumped it in the sink behind him, then proceeded to try and give it to me 1/2 way full, still flinging the slurpie in it around the store. I asked him "will you at least rinse out my cup?" Then he gave a heavy sigh, (like you would do if you were to throw a fit over doing something you don't want to do.) I was going to say "Just charge me for a full priced 52 oz drink," but he didn't even let me say anything before he took my cup out of my hands... This is the worst service I've ever gotten anywhere. 7-11 you can do better than this.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. I went in there to buy a charger for my Android device. Came back to my car and it was the wrong one. So I went back inside and ask to exchange it! The lady said that I needed to wait until her boss was off the phone. So I did, for several minutes. He said that there are no returns on chargers. I kindly told him that I wasn’t trying to return it- just exchange it. He said it was the same thing and that it’s not an option. The cord wasn’t even out of the plastic box it came in - there was no time I waited to come back in, nothing. I went to the car, saw I grabbed the wrong one and went straight back in. I waited in line, waited again for the manager- and then told no.

This used to be my main gas station. I went several times/week. I will not be giving them my business anymore. The owners have verbally belittled employees in front of customers multiple times. And now, the owner illegally denied service to a disabled woman and her service dog. This is a criminal offense! This is NOT acceptable!!!
