Went through the drive thru tonight. Food was done within 1 minute of getting to the window which you would think is good. Ordered a Dave’s single. Burger is terrible! NOT the typical Wendy’s experience. Cheese isn’t even melted! It feels like it came out of the fridge. The sandwich itself isn’t very warm in general. The meat patty also looks poor in quality which is the whole reason I drove to Wendy’s..... very disappointed. By how short the lady was with us while taking our order we should’ve guessed service wouldn’t be good tonight. Took a picture of this burger but it won’t let me post.

On 12/28/20 I ordered two numbers 1. They make it so different. And not taste good as they usual to and they gave me 20 ketchups, but I don’t really want that many ketchup.

Horrible, Horrible service and food!! The staff had absolutely no urgency at all moving slower than a snail. All of them! The worker deleted our order before we recieved it only after making the sandwich that ended up cold. Once that was corrected we finally recieved our food and guess what... NO sauces. At this point there was a line and folks were also commenting on the rediculas speed of service. I reluctantly went and interrupted the current customer to ask for my sauce. Sadly yet to no suprise ALL the food was cold. We ordered a sandwich meal, 3 orders of nuggets and a fries. The fries especially tasted of soaked old dirty grease. Again I suggest going elsewhere if you would actually like to enjoy your food and experience.

I don't what has changed but I lived very close to this location for 5 years and in the last few months they have really stepped it up! They are so fast and they get it right the first time, everytime. Management and staff...great job!!!

I ordered the breakfast baconator and got my food. I stayed at the window and checked my food like a normal human being and only 5 second into checking, they yelled at me to move so I don't slow down the line. There was zero cars behind me. Excuse my language, but they were being very b*tchy. And the fries were cold already.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I haven't been here in awhile so I thought I'd give them another try. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, no tomato with extra pickles. The same thing every time I go, and EVERY time I get tomato. I actually got the pickle this time a whole 2 pickles. Normally I would just pull out my receipt and call or go online but I didn't get one. Everybody makes mistakes but every time is ridiculous.
