Great hotel. Brent at the front desk was very helpful and friendly upon both check in and check out. Great location, clean room and great shower. As another reviewer posted the walls are a little thin and you could hear people in the hallway and other rooms but that said I would and will stay here again.

Room was super clean and big. Didnt have time to eat breakfast, but grabbed some stuff from pantry. It was stocked with variety of items.

This is a basic hotel. Clean room and friendly staff is the most you can expect here.
What gets 4 stars from me is because the power went out in the morning and the staff helped everyone as much as they could, with a smile - even though they were stressed. Good job.

Loved it!!! Came here with my family and we had no issues. Guy in the front very welcoming of and informative. Room was clean, nothing really fancy, but also not outdated. Downstairs had a cool little lounge area where we had our cigars and drinks at the bar, Sasha makes a hell of a old fashion, and White Russian , she was really friendly and bubbly , and I must say the food was DELICIOUS … didnt expect that tbh we got a burger n salmon bowl .. I realize we typically can’t complain all I require is a clean place w a customer service inclined staff and I’m cool 🫘 , but you guys exceeded that .. GOOD JOB GUYS ..

I had a good stay, I am glad it was short. Rooms were ok, refrigerator was a bit beat down, bathtubs I found it as if I was in a 3 star hotel you would find over the road. I don’t think bathtubs should be in use in a hotel anymore, walk-in baths shall be better in my opinion; with the reports of how hotels perform their cleaning, I would never be comfortable laying down in a bathtub that looks so dirty because of the use and the lack of better maintenance of them in a hotel. I thought this hotel offered breakfast with the stay, but no…it’s a $14.50 if you want to have it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good breakfast after all. The restaurant is only opened from 7:00 to 10:00 AM and from 5:00-10:00 PM; unfortunately not for lunch, which would be a good one to have.

The staff here isnt friendly or welcoming, not the afternoon or moring people. At first i thought it was just the afternoon crew because maybe they were busy(it didnt seem like it) but no all of them are just rude. Besides that everything else is ok.

What stellar customer service is all I can say about this hotel. Not only is the hotel. Nice, Omar the general manager helped me with a crazy cab. Driver out front for over 30 minutes to help me resolve my issue. The cab driver has nasty and hostel. Omar went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Omar. You are appreciated. Note to self. Don’t ever take a cab. Uber !

My first Hilton stay after getting a signup bonus with American Express. I was thinking of the connecting room guarantee.
I stayed in room 120 on May 26 2023. Most of this is my fault for being excited and not paying attention when I reserved online.
On arrival I was informed of a daily parking fee.
A surprise but I was being dropped off and didn't need parking.
I needed decaf coffee not regular. Front desk did not have cups. Housekeeping did bring some by while I was out.
I usually stay at HIE or Hampton so had assumed complimentary breakfast. Wrong. $25 for 2 people.
Had not paid enough attention when I reserved.
Room was good and comfortable.
Staff was pleasant.
Just felt like I was nickel and dimed.
