On my way home from a 4 day road trip and was starving figured I will stop here for a quick bite to eat. I went through the drive thru and the service was awesome and the fastest I have ever had.

I stopped in around 9pm. Place was dead, nobody minding the register...I wasn't in a hurry so I just waited quietly...after a bit I was noticed and was served immediately. Ordered my food and grabbed a seat in the empty dining room.
When it was ready the staff brought it to my table and apologized for not seeing me.
So, the wait was annoying, but then, I've never gotten table service at fast food either...with such polite service afterward, so they redeemed themselves.

My kids and I rode our bikes to this Burger King and I had forgot my wallet. I was going to attempt to use Apple Pay but they didn't have it. However, the manager on duty (serving me) wholeheartedly decided to give free ice cream cones to all 3 of my kids. I was blown away.

I worked here several years ago and would never let become as disgusting as it is. The seat in corner has at least 12 dead bugs behind it. There are spiderswebs every where. I'm amazed the crew can hear orders as they have a radio blaring in the break room they didn't get my sandwich right and were very rudr

Pretty bad customer service when an employee gets an order wrong when I said 3 times I want a sandwich plain with cheese and got it wrong and you say I never said that and I'm a liar good job losing a customer

TERRIBLE. got most of the orders wrong and it wasn't even busy. And I've worked in fast food before, so I know how it goes. Both of our chicken sandwiches came out with literally the TINIEST piece of lettuce and one girl ordered a cheeseburger with no mustard and it came out with mustard. And when I said they weren't busy, THEY WERENT. Two people inside and maybe 3 in the drive through. The saddest excuse for customer service I've ever seen.
