Ordered this on a Sunday afternoon before the vikes game and it was delicious. Made my order and within 20 mins it was at my door. Food was made nicely and everything was there. If all pizza places had this fast of delivery and correctly made they would all be good. This one made my day for the game and I’m happy with my order

I really enjoy their pizza and boneless chicken! Ordering via website or app is awesome giving younthe status of your order. When they are busy, if possible, do carry out rather than delivery. You'll get your food much faster, fresher, and save a few bucks.

I order about once a week online using the 50% off deal. I have always had good service and awesome pizza. I always pick it up being I live 1.5 miles away in New Hope so pizza is piping hot fresh from the oven.

I waited way too long for a simple one-topping pizza, many workers were standing around with nothing to do while other people came in, ordered when they got there, and got theirs before I did.
I will say that the guy who handed me my pizza was very polite, but still.

Papa John's has improved over the past year. They still occasionally mess up orders but I have been ordering them more lately home and work for a monthly program. I will say they have only messed up once in the past 12x I have ordered them. It was not a food issue they took my food to the wrong location after I repeated the address to the order take 3× which is unacceptable but customer service generally sucks overall no matter the place. I have read a lot of the reviews on here and its just terrible. They have improved.

What a cluster. They need upper mgmt to revamp how they work. They are running around like chickens with no end in site. Short staffed and yet they keep taking orders and can barely fill the ones for those of us waiting in the shop.

LOL I used to work at this location and if you like chew tobacco juice with your pizza crusts then go right ahead and order. Also the GM encourages the drivers to speed and be as fast as possible. He even cheats the system by punching orders out early so they look like they are going out on time.

We ordered a pizza online at about midnight before a storm was coming. It was a good 40 minutes before the Storm came so they had time to get it to us... it never came even after the storm, no call, no email, we heard nothing from them.

Pizza had a rancid taste, so I emailed corporate offices to inquire whether or not they had changed sauce.Got an email back saying I would be contacted by store . I waited 10 days and no contact so I recontacted corporate offices and they said my complaint would now be handled by the "regional manager" and that it could take 5-6 days to hear something. Yup you guessed it , I heard nothing. Recontacted corporate offices and have heard nothing. I would avoid this store if I was you. It is impossible to find email addresses for papa johns execs. So realize that there is no customer service for Papa johns.

Ordered a pizza an hour plus ago, sent some gal who had no idea what she was doing...drove up and down our block and we even asked her what address she was looking for and all she could say is she is looking for her phone. Her car had no muffler and I called three times. I will not order from here again.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I sent a complaint to the store 18 days ago and I have heard nothing. Even had corporate customer service send a second complaint 9 days ago and still nothing. Half the time I order from this location they get it wrong or it takes way too long to deliver. Seems like they are always understaffed. Try Sarpinos pizza instead!

I placed an order online. The order was supposed to be completed within 30-40 minutes as indicated online. They arrived 80 minutes later, and showed up with only 1 of my 2 pizzas. The delivery person said they would get my pizza. After 40 minutes, no one showed up with my other pizza. I called the store to request my money back. They said they would void the account later. I asked how I was supposed to know that I was receiving my money back. The person on the phone said that the manager was "too busy" to do it right then. I stayed on the phone and demanded that someone give me my money back. No one helped.
They were unable to complete my order and my refund. PAPA JOHNS OWES ME MY MONEY BACK! I did not receive the product that I paid for. I will be going online and complaining about this restaurant on every forum that I can find. I feel disrespected by the store. I asked why I should trust that a store would pay me back later, when they weren't even able to give me the food they owed me. The store was quick to take my money, but they were slow to give it back to me…and I am still waiting.
