Been in the drive thru line for about a half hour now. No waiting on food to be made but waiting for order to be taken. Without a doubt the worst/ most mismanaged restaurant I’ve ever seen. Legit everyone should be fired and they should just sell the building to a competent company
I was at the West Broadway location in Minneapolis, MN and it was one of the WORST service experience I ever experienced from BK ever. I find it very odd that the 4-star ratings have NO verbiage and/or one word and that the reviews of one star have a detailed description of what is really going on. Here goes. Food: good. Service: friendly and quick. Dining In: awful. Too many young men who should've been working or in school sitting around...loitering. A lot of loud foul talking. Had to eat in because I was on foot. Now I understand why neighborhood locals don't dine in and use the drive-thru.
The food is hot, the staff is nice, but the service is not quick. While other locations are being updated with new machines and a new inside look, it seems like this location is being forgotten about. The place needs an upgrade overall, its looked the same for more then 10+ years. I hope it happens
I understand that it's a fast food joint. That being said, it was still extremely rude service and bad burgers! I'd tell you to go check it out and that you would then know what I was talking about , but no way would I want anyone to experience such a depressing experience. STEER CLEAR!

It would have been a much higher rating but the woman who's job it is to bring food out to the drive thru line just kept slamming a chair into the door to prop it open. It was so loud / obnoxious that I could not simply ignore it. Also her yelling across the store was even less appealing.
Worst Burger king I've ever been too. We pulled into the drive thru 30min before their closing time. There was about 5 cars in line, no one ever got to move forward and be helped and we sat in line for 15min before they decided to turn the outside lights out. I guess they decided to close early and
