Review Pizza Hut - Minneapolis

Ordered takeout and have no complaints, order was correct and was ready in a timely manner. Cinnabon rolls were amazing. Food tasted good even as leftovers.

This is the best Pizza Hut in the area. Although we live closer to a different one, we will drive here due to the level of service and attention to detail for this location! Not only is the food always excellent, but the staff is wonderful, kind and efficient. Will continue to drive here for our Pizza Hut!

2.5 stars is criminally underrating how good this place does Pizza Hut food (at the moment I suppose, it could've been worse in the past). I worked for this company for seven years, quite a bit of which was spent on a cut table. It's not perfect (bread sticks should be spatula-separated, buttered and seasoned a bit heavier than they are), but you're still getting tasty food that is *properly* cooked. ...and whomever the taller worker is that I see in the evening, you should promote him ASAP if he's not a shift manager already. I can tell he has some personal investment in doing his job right.

Used the online ordering for delivery. Everything arrived hot and fresh within in the 35-45 minute time frame. Wasn't impressed with the mozzarella sticks, but lesson learned there. My delivery driver was very understanding and didn't take offense that I didn't want to put him at risk as I'm quarantined and didn't want to pass anything on to him.

I specifically come to this pizza hut because of the manager( Nathan). He remembers my name gets my orders correct,greets me at the door and has my order fresh and ready to. Nate has made my experience with pizza hit a pleasure Specially during covid . Thank you Nate appreciate the hospitality ....

It's honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't know how difficult it is to put together an order for delivery when it's spelled out for you, but I guess it's a lot more difficult than I think (never mind my 6 years in the service industry). I've ordered from this Pizza Hut a couple times, and by this point I guess it's honestly my mistake that I keep giving them my service, because literally every single order I've placed with them they've managed to mess up. Burnt bread sticks, forgotten items (sometimes up to half of my order), stale/cold pizza... it's ridiculous. And when I call to try and correct the problem with them, no one is ever eager to help solve the problem or even bothers to act like they give a shit. I don't know what kind of training program Pizza Hut has for their managers or team, but it's pretty poor. I won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.

I'm still trying to get a hold of customer service about my experience... we order two pizzas at 7:45 and would told it would be a 40min... pretty standard. We didn't receive our pizzas until just after 930pm... an additional hour after the predicted wait time. I tipped the driver 20% and wish I hadn't because when I opened the boxes, the pizzas where both cold and clearly disheveled, with more than half the pieces folded over onto themselves. It was as if someone had forcefully shaken the pizza in the boxes and then they sat for two hours. I called the Hennepin location we ordered from (2313 Hennepin, where we ALWAYS order from) and I was told I'd get a call back from a manager within 10 minutes. No such call. I called back (the same number I'd been calling the whole time) half an hour later, was told I called the general phoneline and i had to talk to the actual store I ordered from and that they would transfer. I relayed by story to the manager I was transferred to, who preceded to argue that he hadn't had a single complaint all night and that they don't even deliver to my location. That's when I realized the operator had transferred me to the OTHER Hennepin location instead. I called earlier today around 1030 (I know they don't open till eleven but I called the "general service line) and no one answered. I would like someone to get back to me on this. We order from this store at least a few times a months and its always pretty slow but it's never been this bad nor the pizza so horrible.
