Always fresh delicious and healthy food
I've been coming here for a while and I've noticed some great changes lately. The food is always fresh and tastes great. I always feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. The crew is always friendly and helpful. I know these changes are due to the new manager Stephanie. She takes pride in her job

At lunchtime near the University of Minnesota you'd think it would be busy but it wasn't. We walked in and got our bowl and a pita (both vegan) immediately. Had the best experience visiting for lunch yesterday! They were busy and definitely could have used more staff but the ladies working the line were all smiles and still took the time to engage the guests! Absolutely will be returning!
Fresh food and my last visit is better than 2 months ago. I love their chicken bowls, but their pita sandwiches not so much because they give you the tiniest pita sandwich for 11$ or so which is a joke. Anyway I recommend this place for healthy food.
Prior to the Covid shutdown I wouldn't have dared to try Roti again, but I gave the location a second try and it was a good decision. The staff was extremely friendly and the store manager was extremely knowledgeable and just had the biggest personality I've witnessed in food service.
