Food was very good!! Service from restaurant staff was awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant. They are also halal restaurant if you are looking for halal food. They also have free Somali tea. Loved that tea!! Please try some of their tea. We had fried chicken and goat meat. I loved both of the platters. Highly recommend!!

The staff and other customers are super friendly and this place is definitely authentic. I got take out. It was my first time trying Somali food, I got the chicken and goat dishes. Both were delicious but I have to say, the chicken was so flavorful and was my favorite.

Have been here twice, delicious food every time. I’ve never gotten take-out so I can’t speak to that experience but I enjoyed dine-in. Owner is very nice. Small menu but great options. I recommend the chicken steak or goat which was mostly tender (aside from a couple pieces not on the bone) which was a good surprise (it’s hard to find places that cook goat well).Highly recommend!

I had the goat meat dish with chilie sause and it was truely most delishious meal I have eaten in a long time. The meat fell of the bone with a juicy tenderness almost like pulled pork. The food was hot and ready to eat. I highly recommend this place.

This is such a wonderful restaurant. The good and service is phenomenal. I got juice, soup, a large entree with meat, and a banana for less than $20! I couldn’t believe it. Highly recommend - just watch out, some of the sauces are very spicy!

Good food with large portions. The salad was just lettuce and nothing else. They didn't have the menu items I wanted so I had to settle for what they did have but it was good. Staff were friendly. I'd eat there again

Found to be a very humble diner with simple and old setting. Enjoyed the food, the vibes and overall atmosphere in and around this place.
Ordered rice with chicken. They had lentil soup for starters which was tasty.
I hope they shut down 'news' being played on TV and play some soothing eastern African cultural music.
Saw cops on my way out dealing with few folks and it didn't appear anything they show on TV. They greeted and gave me a way to pass thru.

For the simpleness of the menu and the lack of decor on the walls, this place offers a festival for the taste-buds. The chef came out and was very friendly and accomodating; he even brought me some free hummus (I was dining alone during off-hours). I was the only female and the only white person and felt the gift of feeling in a different country.
