I bought a dozen cupcakes today and they were all delcious!! I was only going to by 10, but was told it would be a better deal to buy a dozen and then get 10% off! And boy am I happy I did! Most people ended up eating 2 because they were so good. So moist and flavorful! Not overly sweet. The perfect balance. I loved the peanut butter baby and the strawberry shortcake. My mom loved the classic vanilla with vanilla frosting! I will come back again!

Stopped in because I needed cupcakes last minute. Such a cute space and quite a few cupcakes available on such a short notice. Was very impressed and can't wait to place an order and try some other flavors. The mocha cupcakes was amazing! I loved the frosting ❤

I went here today for my mom's birthday, and I was first of all thankful to find a bakery open on Sunday, because I'm not the best at planning ahead. I went near the end of the day and the selection was still very wide, and everything looked so delicious. The workers were very pleasant and answered my questions honestly and were very helpful. The cupcakes I picked up were a big hit at the party I got them for, and everyone wanted to know where I got them from. I also got tea and it was delicious! Very cute place, very good cupcakes, very creative flavors.

This is such a lovely shop! Very kind customer service and delicious cupcakes! I love small businesses because of the sense of community you get and the guarantee of quality. The frosting to cake ratio is on point and melts in your mouth. A perfect treat for a birthday, anniversary, rainy day, sunny day... any day! Haha 😉

My girls love this place. It's usually quiet in their corner shop and has a play kitchen that is fascinating to them. The decor has a whimsical vibe that plays well to cupcakes. The cupcakes are quite good, as well! They have some rotating flavors and some constants. 'The Dude' and "Death by Chocolate' are both very good.

Very beautiful and delicious cupcakes. The staff is friendly and helps you out if needed. You can have birthday parties for kids and it's tea party theme or anything like that. They also have ice cream, I haven't tried them yet but will next time I go for a sweet treat again.

They have an interesting selection of gourmet cupcakes. Sounds odd to me as I don't really care for cupcakes but we did enjoy the ice cream and cupcakes we got, we tried the Mississippi mudslide, Irish car bomb, and the PB&J cupcakes. I didn't care for the mudslide (though the lady liked it) but the car bomb and PB&J are pretty great. Service was prompt and friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere, if you don't mind paying $3 for a cupcake the I'd say you can't go wrong!

These cupcakes are fantastic. The whipped topping is light but full of flavor and the cake is so soft and kick butt. The lemon lavender cupcake is a personal fave.
Perfect for kids and maybe even better for adults. ;)

Had a great time having my birthday cupcake in this Cafe! Yummy cupcakes (Mississippi Mud Pie and Vanilla) and delicious Pumpkin Pie ice cream, with black coffee, while watching my son play with his friend in a well-stocked play kitchen (wooden pastries, baking tools and other toy foods in shelves, stove top and sink, near a child-sized table and chairs!!)

So delicious! And incredibly adorable. I wanted some pink and purple swirl cupcakes for my baby's first birthday, and they went above and beyond - they made a unicorn shaped smash cake and matching cupcakes with funfetti batter and strawberry filling. Better than imagined.

Charming decor in a cozy spot, moist, delicious cupcakes (I had the gluten free treat) and great friendly service. They do take orders on line; their gourmet treats have to be ordered ahead of time. You can also get their delectables on display to go. Due to their prices, I would save going to A Cupcake Social for special ocassions.

Like magnolia bakery in NYC. Seriously amazing cupcakes. The vegan, whitch I am not, was to die for. The cake was moist. The frosting buttery and decadent.
I'll say that it is hard to find a good cupcake here in minneapolis. For some reason the flashiest donuts and cupcakes seem to be all the rage sacrificing the cupcake part. Angel food bakery and glam doll are all fluff. They've got nothing on this place and Mel-O-Glaze donut. Trust me. You will not be disappointed.

Called ahead for 2 pupcakes to be set aside for me after work. It was my puppies first birthday, and I wanted to make it special. The woman who answered the phone was really nice and helpful. Came to pick them up and had to try one for myself. Got the apple crisp one. Delicious! And Margie ate up the pupcake in no time flat. Really nice girl at the counter, so things must have changed since the reviews listed below.

I recently hosted a bridal shower. I tried several cupcakes, donuts and cakes around the Twin Cities. After many Saturdays and weight gains later, I decided to go with A Cupcake Social. The shop owner was very easy and helpful to deal with. I was not disappointed and it really added nicely to the shower. I would for sure go back and use them again. I will also look for their food truck this spring.
