I chose this place because they are one of the few places left that have the dough 水饺/ Steamed Pork Dumplings (6) , these are my favorite and I will always choose the places that have these. The 葱油饼 / Scallion Pancake (1) were really good, though I wish they came with the dipping sauce like the dump
Crazy good authentic Chinese Szechuan food. We had the boiled fish with chili sauce and eggplant with garlic chili sauce for the main dishes, and they were on point. The scallion pancakes were not oily, hold to their form, and like home made.
The owner was really friendly too.
A real hidden gem.
Chinese food or ethnic food reviewers will state you want a place that is 3.6 to 3.9 stars because it is rated low by people who don't like authentic and rated very high with people who like authentic = 3.9 stars. This place definitely follows that rule!

Best Szechuan in Twin Cities! This place is truly a hidden gem, run by masters. The owner comes from a popular Szechuan place in Minneapolis and she struck out on her own to take over a failing takeout joint in a strip mall. And thank goodness!

I am a drain cleaner and they had some drain issues. We solved that and they offered me a free meal. Let me tell you hands down best Dinner I have had in a long time it was absolutely wonderful. Great people I can not say enough good things about them.
