Food was fine. Service was fast. Staff were friendly place was kind of clean but I think they're understaffed. They where staying busy definitely not to employees fault
Gotta love these little steamy sliders. Visited two weeks ago. Something on the menu for everyone! The staff were amazing and friendly. Food was piping hot. Hi-C was giving 90s childhood. One of the best White Castle experiences I’ve had.

Stopped here while my car was getting worked on at good ol Pep Boys. The staff was not very friendly or courteous. They weren't rude but not very outgoing either. I asked about an item on the menu, and the guy didn't really know about it and looked at me like I couldn't read the menu myself. I or
Got my order wrong and then they were rude when I pointed it out. Told me I didn't get charged for the cheese. I oder two doubles with cheese. Didn't offer to fix it or apologize just gave me a dirty look. Won't be going back ever again.
great experience at white castle! we were starving and had our first ever white castle experience, the workers were super nice and quick food was great couldn't have asked for more.
Whoever was working the drive through at 1pm 8/30/23 did a fantastic job. This is the best service I've ever had at this establishment.
I came and got 20 sliders shareable meal for me and my wife and it did not miss, food was fresh and good, night manager, will, was great, awesome job guys

Food always comes out great for white castle food. Seems slow for the amount of vehicles going through.
The service was fantastic. All of the guys were good and worked well together. Making sure you had everything was another great quality.
The food was meh. I ate it, however I did notice the floors could use a good sanding and refinish. I got a great guy that could get the job done quick and efficient. Check out Nelson’s Floor Sanding.
