Absolutely amazing service. The team on Sunday June 12th fulfilled my stupid instructions about hating pickles but wanted to try a small portion of my partners sub. They did, labeled it, left a pickle buffer zone and included this note on my cookie. By the way, Yes, I liked the #9 a lot. So nice to have a team have fun with our crazy asks. As always, we’ll be ordering again very soon and a #9 for me!
Great sandwich, friendly staff. Seating area could use a bit more attention between customers, but wasn’t terrible. Reasonable prices, tasty food.
Wait time was long which I don’t mind when waiting for good quality food. However the food I received was not good at all. The bread was stale and the meat had a weird taste/smell. I ordered for 2 others who are regular Jersey Mike eaters and they said the same thing. I also found a short hair in my chicken(I have long hair). Super disappointed because I was really hungry and had to be satisfied with the chips. An employee did give us a free chip and drink card for the wait.
After my less than satisfying visit, the owner reached out and offered 2 free subs and apologized for the “off day”. I will be giving this location another chance. I appreciate the owners response to my review and showing he cares. Absolutely love the example he is setting.
Anytime I stop by, the staff is always friendly and they're very communicative with their customer service. The last time I was there, I asked for oil and vinegar on the side and they have me a catering bottle! Perfect travel size for bringing lunch to work and it will last a long time. I was so grateful!
Great experience every time I've been here... at least six times in the last two months. I hope to be building more in the area so I can have this for lunch more. Friendly staff, consistent quality and great value for the money. Highly recommend!
We ordered ahead, and and it was very busy when we picked up. We could have used some signage to direct us where to go to pick up an order. If there was some, I did not see it. The staff were very friendly and effecient.
Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sub places to go to and this location never disappoints. They are always having a good time and joke around with me as well as ask how my day’s going. The food is great too!

Regardless of how busy the staff is at this particular location, they are friendly, fun and energetic. Today the line backed up to the door but I was in and out within 5 minutes. They’re clearly a team and work well together. I’ve started to frequent this location solely due to my experience and excellent service every time I’m in. Thanks Lavelle and the rest of the staff for being genuine and fun people. See you all in a couple days!
This one is in the strip mall just east of the St Louis Park Costco, across the parking lot. They're open to 9pm every day. Always good, friendly, quick service (in/out less than 10min), and a nice selection of sandwiches-- including veggie and gluten free options-- with almost all the condiments you'd want. I think they only do sub sandwich bread, but have a selection of those too. Can't go wrong!
