Fresh, hot food- ordered thru food delivery service and came quick and piping hot - sandwich wasn’t quite as loaded like the pic on their website, but still a pretty good sandwich; also bowl of soup was a bit on small size; for the price, portions could be better

Great service, me and a friend went there and both loved our sandwiches. Mine was recommended by one of the workers, Clara, as her go to sandwich, so needless to say it was very good. Loved the ambience and had great service as well.

I just want to give a shout-out to a male gentlemen who worked on May 15th day shift! I had accidentally deleted my co-workers toppings on a “Wreck” sandwich, so he only had meat and cheese.
Devastated I called the store to see if anything could be done. I was stuck on shift at the Hospital and couldn’t run to the store to fix it. He graciously said he would re-make it if I placed a new order. Being sleep deprived from working 16 hours the past 2 days, I accidentally ordered a 2nd time and made it “pick-up”. He called me quickly after to ask if it was meant for delivery.
Third time must be the charm because I was able to successfully place the sandwich order and my co-worker had a delicious lunch.
Thank you for being patient with me, whoever you are (I hope you see this). You made my Sunday!

Great subs! It was pretty busy over the lunch hour with local employees on break. The staff was efficient and friendly. It is likely more busy once the U of M semester starts. I hope they can keep up. My Mediterranean sub was delicious.

Great sandwiches served fast. Though most of the dining area is communal and noisier, there's quieter places off to the side to dine as well. This is in college town, though, so expect a lot of students from the U of M.

This is hands down the best sandwich chain I've ever had! Brilliant crispy texture of the bread and awesome ingredients. Actually real chunks of turkey and great bacon.

At the time of my visit, the store was very clean. Friendly staff. Looking around, at customers face, when receiving their food they looked happy and enjoyed it quickly.
I was there for an interview, I did not partake in the cuisine this time. I hope to soon!
