Fresh, hot food- ordered thru food delivery service and came quick and piping hot - sandwich wasn’t quite as loaded like the pic on their website, but still a pretty good sandwich; also bowl of soup was a bit on small size; for the price, portions could be better

The turkey and swiss is always great. The strawberry shake was great too. This spot has a spacious interior and the staff is very friendly

Great service, me and a friend went there and both loved our sandwiches. Mine was recommended by one of the workers, Clara, as her go to sandwich, so needless to say it was very good. Loved the ambience and had great service as well.

Great subs! It was pretty busy over the lunch hour with local employees on break. The staff was efficient and friendly. It is likely more busy once the U of M semester starts. I hope they can keep up. My Mediterranean sub was delicious.

If you like Jimmy John's you'll love Jersey Mike's also, Sorry JJ but my son were dentures I Mike's.

Great sandwiches served fast. Though most of the dining area is communal and noisier, there's quieter places off to the side to dine as well. This is in college town, though, so expect a lot of students from the U of M.

This is hands down the best sandwich chain I've ever had! Brilliant crispy texture of the bread and awesome ingredients. Actually real chunks of turkey and great bacon. Amazing hearty soup too!

At the time of my visit, the store was very clean. Friendly staff. Looking around, at customers face, when receiving their food they looked happy and enjoyed it quickly. I was there for an interview, I did not partake in the cuisine this time. I hope to soon!
