Came here for lunch with a friend and was SUPER impressed with the food and drinks.
There weren't many people in Midtown, so we got sat really quickly and service came quickly behind. The drinks were tasty, came out fast, and the food was right behind.
Service was attentive and cheerful and managed to sell me dessert, which I usually skip. I'm happy I didn't this time around!
Pictures show the food, and yes every bite was as good as it looks.

Really good margaritas (Mezcal Jamaica) and the food was fresh and sizzling (carne, pollo y camaron) fajitas hit the spot.

My partner and I have been coming here for years as a weekly tradition. Each and every time we come, over all these years, we are greeted as family, particularly Bernabe and Jakelin. My favorite dish is the Enchiladas ala Salsa. And he enjoys the Shrimp tacos. The margaritas are second to none. After a long week, there is nothing better than being welcomed with a smile and the best service I've ever had.

I will be completely honest. As a Mexican American who grew up with authentic Mexican food, I was expecting to be completely letdown with Minnesotan Mexican food. However, this food was INCREDIBLE. I was pleasantly surprised and honestly feel it better than some of my “go to places” in college in California.

Lovely restaurant and the servers are very friendly. Had the enchiladas and they were so good!

Food is stellar.
Solid tamales and enchiladas.
Enchiladas a la salsa is Hot. Not Minnesota hot. Actual hot. Best item on the menu imo. When I'm feeling happy hour: 2:1 house margaritas are great.

There are so many amazing choices for restaurants at the global market, I chose to try a new one today. I looked at the menu at Salsa a la Salsa and was impressed. I like to see unique items that you may net see anywhere else or new variations of classic dishes.
I saw that we they offered 3 types of vegetarian tacos (grilled vegetable is the day, vegetarian chorizo and jack fruit). To tried the later two and lives them. As good as meat. The corn tortillas had great flavor and may be home made.
I also tried their guacamole and it was perfect.
Beans and rice were very good. Chips were ok. Salsas were all good and. Vert distinct from one another and tasty.
I recommend trying Salsa a la Salsa for your next meal.

I'm never disappointed when I go to Salsa A La Salsa!! Everything I've ever ordered has been wonderful and the service has always been friendly and eager to help. The atmosphere at Midtown is fun but I wish the market stayed open later, I think that Salsa may be the only restaurant open past 7. I do also love that they validate parking in the ramp.

Excellent Mexican food! The best part? All of our meals were correct and delicious. I ordered the chilaquiles with chicken and they were very good. I also really enjoyed my agua de jamaica (hibiscus drink). The worst part? Prices were okay. Not bad but could have been a little cheaper in my opinion. We paid about $75 (including tip) for 3 adults.

Ordered delivery and the food was amazing and well packaged. Tried the bistec con nopalitos and the pork tamal. They also include chips and salsa with your order 😋

Decided to try Salsa a la Salsa while visiting Global Food Market. The restaurant wasn't very full but we felt like most places in the market were kinda closing or closed and it was only 6pm.
Anyway, Salsa a la Salsa was pretty good! When we were sat we were promptly given menus, water, and chips with salsa. The waitress was prompt and the other staff kept our water glasses full.
The prices were fair per entree and the food was good! I ordered one of the combos which included a taco, a tamale, and a flauta (subbed) and it came with rice and beans or rice and veggies. I chose the rice and veggies. The meal was $14 and it was a good deal of food. I really enjoyed the tamale a lot, the taco was authentically prepared/dressed, and the flauta chicken was tender (sometimes flautas get dry/are overcooked).
The rice did not taste Mexican there were like peas and carrots in it? But it wasn't bad just not Mexican? The veggies were healthy grilled vegetables which I liked.
The waitress forgot an order of plantains for one of the friends I was with but she took them to go instead. I think we had an overall good experience regardless for the price and value of what we received. Would I call it completely authentic Mexican? No. But if you are okay with that (maybe to cater to general public) then it's fine, haha.

Good authentic Mexican food! Three Amigos Enchiladas were very tasty. If you want a hotter salsa you have to ask for it.

Diablo chicken is delicious, as are the pico and Verde. Miss the old restaurant though

Myself and Raeann really enjoyed the meal, the service, and the drinks. I had the 3 Amigos Enchiladas and Frozen Margarita. Raeann had the 2 Enchiladas and a Cosmopolitan. Everything was really great. They are very friendly and hold great conversation with guests. Such a surprisingly great experience.

Great people. Good drinks. Excellent food. The Enchilados 3 Amigos ...I got one of each kind . The hamburger meat beef was my favorite. But they were all so damn good. Get veggies as one of your sides. The green beans are so fresh. The fried plantains were caramelized perfecto! Next time Ia buying that stone bowl with a bunch of different meat and all the fixins.
