I come in very frequently on my way to class and the barista jenna is always so nice. she always take the extra time out of her day to ask me how my day is and what i have planned! this is the best starbucks i have ever been to!

(Complaint) Is this place a student canteen? Why the hell people bring over Chick-Fil-A food here and have them? Out of your mind? It smells like I'm in KFC. Manager should kick them out and let them have starbucks drink and greasy foods outside.

Grading on a curve, hours are severely limited, used to be a REAL NAAAAAAASTY CROWD but now that there's so much crime in town( (formor nastier crowd of of sociopaths is part of how it got this way), it's always got seating and the crowd is better than most of the University, best place at the University of Minnesota to chill as a non-student, but that's not saying much.

The Baristas at this Starbucks are the nicest and friendliest I've encountered at any location. I was in town visiting my mother in the hospital, we chatted about it the first day we came in. When we came in the next day after she was released they remembered us and asked how we were doing and said they had been thinking of us after we left the day before. Emma and Jay were the best!

Make sure you mobile order. People can wait 20 mins or more during peak times. Make sure you tell them how dry you want your Cappuccino otherwise it will have too much milk.

It's a big Starbucks. It was busy when I stopped in but the line moved quickly. There are quite a few college students studying at the tables but there was still space. The location is in a good spot with lots of other things nearby. Parking is tough but there are meters available nearby.

The staff is great, super quick when considering the volume of orders. The music can be loud, but I think it’s great to have places to study that aren’t silent as well. Whenever I am confused about what to order the baristas help out and it’s frequently a good suggestion. Free WiFi is quite fast as well. Additionally, it’s connected to the graduate, another good place to study.

4 stars for excellent service and cleanliness! However every time I go here to study, I can’t focus because of how loud the music is. Sometimes the music is extremely vulgar and not really the kind of music you hear in a coffee shop. Other than that I do enjoy coming here!

Because it's on the University of Minnesota campus, it is always super busy with students all day long. It's a great place for doing homework if you like working in a busy, noisy environment. It is very large, so there is usually a place to sit, but you often have to share a table with strangers. It's less busy at night and that's when I recommend bringing a friend if you want to go there to socialize. When there's a line it always moves at a decent pace and usually the wait for drinks is not super long.
I like it because it's large and fancy. It's also connected to The Graduate Hotel, so you can go straight there and do homework if you want to.
The coffee is great. The staff is friendly.

It's ALWAYS busy here! But if you are like me and just grab a drink and go then you're good! There's no racism or any bad behaviors. Pretty chill place. It's perfect if you're going to study, but go early so you have a place to sit. It's a pretty clean environment so that's a plus. I didn't give it a 5 star because that's just me. You know?
