I love breakfast food any time of the day and this is one of the places that can satisfy that craving. We got some eggs, French toast and the kamakazi pancake. Delicious pancake, recommend getting that over pancakes if you were to choose one. Otherwise, eat both.
I go here every Saturday morning with my boyfriend. They have incredible eggs benedict! It's a very chill atmosphere. And they have basic diner food. They don't have fancy dishes, they have basic diner breakfasts. But the basic dishes they do have are insane. Their hash browns are out of this world!
Cool place for breakfast in uptown. Service was a little too good, server kept coming up to our table literally every 2 minutes.
The food here were so good and I really enjoyed having breakfast here. I had everything omelet and skillet with vegies. It's very casual and the people were really nice as well. Definitely a place I would go again.
It’s picture perfect diner food with service. I’ve come here consistently for years and it doesn’t disappoint. With so many franchises around, this is a welcome option in uptown.
Good greasy spoon diner! Only downside was that the price of the coffee didn't reflect the greasy spoon vibe. I recommend the Kamikaze pancake. One was enough to fill me
You won't notice this place unless someone points it out. The service is superb, fast & efficient. The wait for the order is short. The proportions are ample with great tasty sausage and thick but soft white toast. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because my eggs were slightly more firm tha
Highly recommend. It's a diner with amazing food. The #1 skillet was perfect blend of eggs, ham, cheese and potatoes. The coffee was good and I can be really picky about my coffee. The service was friendly and quick. When a minor mistake happen they went above and beyond to correct it. We never aske
I went at 12pm, and it pretty full. My boyfriend and I sat on the patio. The food took a while, but it was a casual environment so we just chatted it up while they refilled our coffees. The food was hot and cooked well. I got the 2 eggs, American fries and toast platter, and added a pancake to share
Good greasy spoon diner, and the nicest serving staff you'll meet. It's priced on par with the other brunch spots in uptown even though the feel makes you think it'll be more affordable. Food was great! Traditional and heavy. Tried the Commodore, and eggs Benedict with sausage instead of Canadian b
Came here for a no frills flat top breakfast at 9 am on a Wed. We were pleasantly surprised by the food quality and creative menu offerings. The meals were well executed, not full of grease/oil, and the portions were appropriate for the prices. While the food was great, the service was even better.
Such a great place to sit and chill and eat breakfast. I always enjoy eating here. Service is quick, very attentiveeven during busy morning's or lunch rush. Anything I there menu is fantastic. Omelets are huge. Coffee is great. Delicious food all around. Parking is sometimes hard to find. Ty
Really good breakfast food and really good service. The French toast is made with what looks like a large brioche so it looks different but trust me, it's really good. Best part, they have crispy bacon. Not sure why that's a challenge for some places but the Egg and I has it right.
Delicious breakfast at Egg and I! I had the Mexican Skillet and it was very filling. I loved the healthy options like fresh fruit, cottage cheese or yogurt. The service was a little slow but there was also a large table next to us. Around $30 for two breakfasts, an add-on pancake, and coffees.
