Stopped by for a quick lunch. Had a small A1 Pho with everything. The broth was light, savory, and sweet. Not my preference, but it is good flavor profile for new enjoyers of pho. I usually enjoy a more savory and beefy broth. There are the usual siracha, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Not
Very good service. Authentic Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is very good Vegetable Fried rice was tasty and hot. Steamed Broccoli and Imperial egg rolls with fish sauce ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘. I will eat here again.
The Pho with the side of Thai basil, jalapeรฑos and lime was fantastic! The egg rolls were top notch. Friendly and fast service.

I've only tried their cream cheese wontons, pho, and hot and spicy beef dish but I've enjoyed everything I've tried there. The service is always great, very friendly staff. Thank you!
This restaurant is a gem in Stadium Village! Recommend the bun gah (egg roll over noodle salad with tangy sauce) and Mock Duck with Fried Potatoes. Great service! Great portions.
I have lived on campus for 4 years now. Every time someone visits from out of town I take them here for the pho. By far the best pho in the twin cities in my opinion. The other food can vary in quality, (generally good, not amazing) but the pho always keeps me coming back. Highly recommend the A1 ph
