Elis Bar & Grill - Minneapolis - Photo album

This is my favorite pre-theater hole -in-the-wall. Nothing fancy, just a nice, inexpensive neighborhood joint. If your hearty, you can even park on the street for free (or next to nothing), and walk the free blocks to the theatre district. But shhhh! Don't tell everyone! 😉
Wow! Wow! Wow! I can’t say enough about how perfect my experience was at Eli’s. The atmosphere was classy yet relaxed. The booths were comfortable, the lighting was esthetically pleasing, the decorative touches were obviously well thought out, and the food was seasoned to perfection. The shrimp scam
Stopped in for a drink and a quick bite and I’m so happy I did. The staff was lovely, food and drink were great, love the cozy quaint vibe of the place. I will definitely be back!
The menu is always solid and the staff maintains a warm vibe.
This little spot is one of the best kept secrets in the cities. It doesn't look like much from the outside. Even when you go in, it just looks like a regular neighbor bar that probably serves regular neighborhood bar food. Nothing could be more wrong. The food is surprisingly excellent and they have
Great food, great atmosphere, great location. Don’t miss out this spot if you’re in the area!
We ended up at Eli's looking for something close and quick to the Orpheum and the reviews were positive. I ordered the grilled cheese and my husband ordered the pastrami, we both had the tomato basil soup. We both enjoyed our meals and we made it to the show on time.
We went here for lunch last week and watch the nfl playoffs. We had several drinks as they have a large tap beer selection. There is a good appetizer menu and the wing sauces are decent . We did the chipotle one. We also did the mac and cheese and the truffle burger. We did the hot chicken sandwi
Interesting menu and good selection of beers. Friendly attentive staff. The lobster macaroni and cheese was great. Small Town Tavern atmosphere.
One of my favorite places in the Twin Cities! Great service, changing specials, solid menu, great drinks...all at stable prices (a steal for downtown)!
Definitely not what I expected. Eli’s popped up when I searched pub food so we walked 1.5 miles to it. I’d been on a week long trip from Colorado to Florida to Minnesota. The weekly special entree at Eli’s was, hands down, the best meal I’d had all week. It was cheap relative to most other places in
What a great place to get some great food and friendly service. Everything on the menu is delicious. If you don't want to eat you can simply go there for a drink and sit at the bar. It's not the cheapest place to eat but it's worth it!
The pastrami sandwich was delicious, as were the tots! Will definitely be back when I'm in the cities again! 10/10
I've never been disappointed with the food here. And the tater tots are an easy munch option. It can get pretty busy during the lunch hour, so be sure to get there earlier if you're trying to beat the crowd!
This place has a decent selection of food with a good variety of craft beer on tap. The staff did well - no complaints whatsoever. My son and I went on a Thursday evening, and the place only had a few other customers. Therefore, we had a quiet, enjoyable evening dining and drinking. Will definitely
Great wait staff and wonderful food choices. 😋 Great drink menu as well!
Absolutely phenomenal. We used to come here weekly in 2013-2015 and loved it then. We come back as often as we can and it hasn't changed one bit…which is a good thing! Lovely staff. Phenomenal food. Great drinks from what I hear 🤗. Never change. We love you guys! Ps...the truffle burger is unreal.
