La Fresca - Minneapolis - Photo album

Small menu, smaller portions but delicious flavor!! The tacos were great. The handmade tortillas are soooooo good! The guacamole and chips were very good also. Our waiter was excellent! Give it a try.
The food was excellent. Very high quality and very flavorful. I was told this place had authentic Mexican food, but I would disagree. The food here is more of a fusion. There's nothing wrong with that at all, but if you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is not where you want to go.
We had ceviche as an appetizer. They give you 3 of them. They looked beautiful & tasted delicious. My dinner was halibut. Equally beautiful presentation & Very good. It’s a small restaurant in a residential neighborhood with street parking. Prices are high. Ceviche was $13, halibut $26
Excellent food. The sauces that accompanied my dish were incredibly rich in flavor. Friendly staff and wonderful location and outdoor patio. You should put this on your list of must try if you haven’t been and must return if you have as they change the menu seasonally I am told.
We had excellent service and wonderful food. Quaint, small place in Southwest Minneapolis neighborhood. We had ceviche, halibut, scallops and flourless tort and would recommend them all. They were knowledgeable about gluten free options and most of their menu was naturally gluten free.
Good food, a little on the spendy side. Carne Asada tacos are really well prepared and flavorful. Loved the cocktails, especially the mango margarita. Patio is wonderful!
My husband and I checked out this S. Mpls gem on a friend’s recommendation. It was super easy to make a reservation and it was a nice laid back neighborhood restaurant. Great drinks and tasty, well put together food!
Delish and flavorful apps. Perfectly portioned to feel satisfied but not overfull. Still thinking about the Mariscos con calabacitas. The patio was shady in the afternoon which was lovely on a streamy day. The neighborhood was worth exploring and we'll be back.
Excellent meal and very conscientious service. It is a small space, so be sure to make a reservation, but the intimacy is definitely part of its charm. The food was delicious, full of great flavor and fresh ingredients and textures. Very fair cocktail and beer prices, but wine seemed a bit high. Wil
Nice neighborhood place with tasty food. The El Maya fish dish was excellent as was the tres leches dessert. Patio is small and comfy.
