Black Sheep Coal Fired Pizza - Minneapolis - Photo album

Holy buckets!!! Black Sheep pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Our table of four were all baaa’ing over how good everything we ordered was. We got the Oyster mushroom and cheese pizzas, both worth a sheep’s hoof. Caesar salad! Yum! A must try if in Minneapolis. 😋
We ordered takeout around 6 PM on a Friday. The order was done early and the whole process was simple. We ordered a pepperoni and a chicken, onion, honey peppers option and both were fantastic. The only other time I had Black Sheep was when they were at MSP. Completely different experience this
Good pizza - hard to get a seat - had to wait a little during weekends. Good food! Hard to find parking
Excellent food, drinks, and service. Went with a party of three and had two pizzas (one with meatball and ricotta, the other with hot salami, pineapple, and chili), lamb sausage, two beer flights, and a bloody Mary. Everything was great. The beer selection was stellar and the pizzas were top notch.
Honestly, my favorite pizza in the Twin Cities. Their crust is what makes the pizza. It really elevates the fresh ingredients that they use on their signature pizzas. Their drink selection is pretty good, offering 10 cocktails and a range of local beers, wines, and ciders. I will definitely keep com
I never order takeout from places. It almost never comes out correctly the way you ordered and paid for it. Tonight was no exception. Ordered pickup and when I got home I discovered they did not include half of the toppings I’d already paid for. Of course, I’d also already tipped them on the online
I do love the taste of pizza fresh out of a super hot oven. Wonderful, creative flavors. We had great service, and the beer and cocktails are top-notch. Good non-alcoholic options also. My only knock is that Black Sheep has built their business on... Burning coal. That's just not ok in the 2020s. Wo
Pretty empty at 8 pm on a Monday evening, so the service ought to have been good. Pizza was great, had bacon, mushroom and artichoke. The article is pre roasted, which brings out flavor. Bacon added a nice touch of saltiness but not overwhelming. Not overly cheesy which was good for us. Great thin c
We really enjoy the pizza and great service at this location. Windows open and sidewalk seating during the summer
The staff is so nice! the bartender went out of his way to find a drink that I would like. I really like the ambiance here, and it's so much better when they have Tango night.
Easily the best pizza I’ve had in the Twin Cities. Only downside is the 4% employee wellness charge. It’s not a tip, and they aren’t very clear on what it is. Just pay your employees.
The pizza was awesome. The sour was really good. The guy serving us was awesome. I didn't catch his name, but he has brown hair with a small bun. Very nice guy.
