Met a friend for breakfast mid week and had an excellent meal and service and loved the patio surrounded by all the plantings. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito. Service was very attentive.

Great little diner with an incredible patio covered by cool blue glass. The cheese curds were thick and tasty but too much breading IMO (it's like a sweet and sour chicken breading). The dill pickle bloody was spicy and the dill chicken sandwich had a nice vinegary bite (get the hot sauce). Perfect view of the sunset!

Hard to beat the energy at The Tiny Diner in the heart of Minneapolis. Great atmosphere with retro-modern decor, cozy nooks, ample outdoor garden patio and some off-street parking. Friendly staff serving locally sourced dishes, breakfasts, and fun cocktails and desserts. Thank you. Until next time!

This diner was amazing! It was our first time here and we were surprised that everything tasted good- my family is sometimes a little picky but no one had anything bad to say about the food! Everyone complimented and we finished everything! I personally loved their garden too- great for kids and it's just nice to have some nature in the surrounding. Highly recommend!! We've already told our friends to try The Tiny Diner :)

I liked this little place and their mission to provide great food from farm to table. It is a little gem in a big city. I had the Dagwood sandwich and it was worth the price I paid in the amount of meat given. It was a great place for a casual lunch with a few colleagues from work.

one of my local favorites! service is always excellent, and we love the sustainability. some of the latine foods could be more authentic, but thats not their selling point so i dont blame em. they have awesome fries too. a solid selection of beers and cocktails, theres something for everyone including N/A. if youre sitting outside, know that there is a pollinator garden a stones throw away!!! there will be (harmless) bees.

Had no idea what to expect and we were so pleasantly surprised. Pictured is tomato soup, macro bowl and ham cheddar omelet. Everything was delicious and hot. Service was awesome. Pancakes were delicious buttermilk and fluffy. Highly recommended.

Staff was very cordial and accommodating. We ate outside and the ambiance was very pleasant. It was our fur baby's first outdoor dining experience and he enjoyed it. Food was excellent and Bloody Marys did the trick. We will return

Food and service was great. Especially the huevos racheros! I get an iced chai everywhere I go and this one was 5 stars. When they warn you about the bee problem, take it seriously. They have lots of plants around the patio that attract pollinators. Obviously there will be pollinators. Stop complaining about the bees you were warned about when you walked in the door. Gee whiz.

Awesome food, great atmosphere, very knowledgeable & friendly employees, and delicious drinks. Kina cocktail is my favorite, and I love the Mac n cheese. My friends love the Brussels sprouts and the Walnut burger.
My *only* complaint or caveat is that the cheese curds, while amazing, are quite spicy--and that is not indicated on the menu. I have an incredibly sensitive, wimpy gut due to chronic illness. Most people who have had them appreciate the "little kick" they have. But for people like me, with strict (yet ambiguous) diet restrictions, it's nice to have that kind of information stated on the menu--even if it's "not that spicy," to most people--just to have a better idea of what to expect when your food is ready.
Fries are amazing though, and the place is even cuter when it's still warm outside, awesome patio and ample room to park your bike. 👍🏼

Had lunch here today. I'm all about how they operate based on sourcing local ingredients and supporting local farmers, so the prices are a little higher. However I paid $5 for a small cup of Chili and asked for a little cheese on top and was charged an extra $1 for about a teaspoon of cheese, which the waiter could have told me it costs extra. The chili itself was alright, though it took on a sweet flavor I hadn't expected and I didn't like that it was overly saturated with green and red peppers, just too many. The french fries were good, they looked and tasted like fresh cut potatoes. The waiter wasn't friendly, in fact he was pretty snarky bordering on rude and we were super friendly. He was slow in coming back and it wasn't busy when we stopped in at 11am for lunch. The other waitress working, when she came near I got the chance to ask her about the soup of the day and the chili and she was fantastic!

ALWAYS delicious!!!!!! I and my friends have never had a bad meal at the Tiny Diner!!!! The food is always fresh and they use quality ingredients!!!!! The atmosphere is fun and comfortable!!!! The only issue is the parking lot is a bit tight, but totally worth dealing with to enjoy their food!!!! Peace-

Just driving by, looking for some place to eat...looked to my left and spotted Tiny Diner, with the cute name and cute sign. Stopped in, had breakfast, and loved it. Decided to go here for a late breakfast with a friend of mine. The food was delicious and it really hit the spot! The service was awesome. Our server Melly was very friendly and attentive :). It was lovely to see my good friend Chef Conrad. I am excited to go back and try more items on the menu!
