We live in Cambridge, my husband works in the cities and Mondays are my only day off. I thought it would be nice to meet him and found this great place close to his job site. Very glad that we did! Love that they actually had a “happy hour” 2:30-5:30!! I had fries with garlic aioli and the Little Red Corvette cocktail (not pictured) my husband had the kielbasa sandwich and I had the hot chicken! My sandwich was 6/10 spicy, Minnesota friendly for sure and he loved the kielbasa. Fries and tots were over seasoned in our opinion, but cooked well.
Emily was very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed her company and the atmosphere.

Great atmosphere with good patio seating. Sweet potato fries are delicious!!! Very crispy and well seasoned. All food is good and tasty to my liking. Recommend 100%

Dear God this is the best brunch place around. Food is absolutely amazing and you get a lot for your money. My wife was thrilled to have gluten free pancakes that she thought was actually tasty. The Gouda hash browns were devine. I had the Carmel French toast and it was more like a loaf of bread. Stuffed with cherries and peaches, this bread had a crisp putter crust and the consistency of bread pudding inside. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Highly recommend this place.

We visited this place on a Friday evening. We sat outside and really enjoyed the atmosphere. There was an accordion player there playing modern music and doing a great job. We were all very happy with the food. I would highly recommend going.

We came down on a warm spring day and sat outside for our lunch. We did have to wait a little which we didn’t mind doing. There is a bar inside as well which was nice! Made the waiting easy! The service, drinks, and food are good here! Worth the wait! We had burgers and wings!

If you liked Wild Roast you will love Pivo! I had the Minnesota Spicy Maple Chicken Benedict. So tasty and the perfect portion. Along with a greyhound was the right way to start a Saturday. I like that there are lots of options without bacon unlike many breakfast spots. I hate to pay for bacon then not eat it. Still lots of gluten free options also.

We decided to go out for dinner and sit outside on a patio for one of the last warm days of fall. This was our first time at Wilde, and we really enjoyed our experience overall. There was a slight mixup with our order due to a new menu that was hot off the press, but we pointed it out, and our server and the manager were both friendly and professional to quickly remedy and resolve the issue. I'm leaving five stars because mistakes happen, and this didn't seem to be a common occurrence. The service and the food were both very good, and the location and atmosphere near the river is wonderful. We're looking forward to our next visit.

I can't remember the last time I had such an awesome experience like I had this morning at Wilde Cafe & Spirits. To start, Connor provided A+ service continuously checking back to make sure everything was great. He also made the extra effort to provide the extremely hot coffee I prefer. Although they serve a host of breakfast pastries that look delicious, carbs are not my friend. My meal of the veggie omelet and pork belly bites was delicious beyond my expectations. Hats off to the chef!! This cafe is definitely a hidden gem in the midst of St. Anthony Main on the river front. Thank you! Thank you

This place doesn’t get enough attention, in my opinion. Stopped by on a bike ride for some beers & apps and was impressed by the service, atmosphere, and prices, honestly!
The service is some of the best I’ve had in the cities recently. We were greeted cheerfully and sat outside. We ordered pilsners, chips and dip, and the sausage tray. The staff was so friendly & attentive but then left us to just enjoy the evening & sip on our beers. I’ll be back!

My dad and I had a fantastic time here. They were down a few servers but one of the owners handled it beautifully. She was kind and generous. She made the experience smooth for us due to being so busy. We had tasty wine and some fries to snack on. Looking forward to going back.

Fabulous hidden gem at River Place just over the Mississippi River from downtown Minneapolis. Hats off to the new owners Kim and Dan! Not only is the menu creative and unique, but everything I’ve tried so far has been absolutely delicious.
Tonight my wife had the Grilled Reuben. It was piled high with thick hand carved slices of real New York deli style corned beef, sauerkraut that’s roasted with apples and bacon, and Swiss cheese. And get this, instead of the usual thousand island dressing they top it off with a sriracha mayo. Flavor explosion!
I had the Varla Burger, the Wilde’s own juicy lucy. A fresh hand pattied burger stuffed with molten Gouda cheese, topped with fresh greens, tomato, and onion, served on a fresh bakery bun. And the duck fat fries with smoked salt and rosemary we’re phenomenal, you gotta try them.
And the patio view of downtown and the Mississippi is breathtaking. If you haven’t dined here recently, you are truly missing out.

I helped throw a surprise engagement party for some friends here and was thrilled with every aspect of the experience. The food and drinks are delicious and service is top notch. If you're looking for a space for an event I highly recommend Wilde.

This place is a rare gem. The atmosphere is inviting (love the peacock painted columns) and the waitress we had was sweet as sugar, very polite and genuine. You can tell she loves her job. The food was superb!! I highly recommend the appetizer with goat cheese drizzled with honey and olives, candied nuts plus bread. Love! Fruit and nut salad was great and my hubby had a French dip that was delicious. I also got a yummy cocktail with whipped cream, rum, coffee that was made very well. Plus it was my bday so I got free dessert- who knew?! Flourless chocolate cake w/ tons of whipped cream and a sky high sparkler candle that felt like a 4th of July extravaganza. So wonderful all around I will definitely be back and tell my friends all about it. Next time I'll try the gelato! I was full for like 4 hours after leaving but well worth it. Thank you

Came late, nearing close- the guys cleaning stuff up happily obliged us, getting gelato they had already put away out from the cooler. A waiter, who was finishing up his last tables, even greeted us with waters and asked if we needed anything. Cute decor (we sat in the comfy lounge chairs, near the fireplace), chill atmosphere, great staff, tasty desserts! Pistachio gelato and sweet potato cheesecake hit the spot, satisfying our sweet tooth. Would definitely come back and recommend.

I was asked yesterday what restaurant I would choose if I could only go to one place. Wilde Cafe is it. Coffee, wine, gelatto, and all the wonderful menu options. There is something for any time of day. I love the atmosphere, not too loud, but friendly and welcoming. I like bringing out of town friends there but it is also a place I feel comfortable going to alone.

Old world ambiance with a fresh, tasty menu. I recommend the salads, but all the food that was served looked good and smelled heavenly.

Calm atmosphere on a Sunday night made a great setting for large group conversation. Our waitress was cheerful and attentive. It wasn’t very busy but it still took a while to get our food. This was okay as we weren’t in a hurry. Entrees were okay, not spectacular. We were treated to three on-the-house desserts since we were celebrating 3 birthdays. Pretty sweet!

We don’t go out to eat often, so when we do, it’s a real treat. Bummed to have sub par service and food was pretty mediocre. I guess you pay for the view.

I am an extreme foodie. I will drive 100 miles for something amazing. Fortunately, I only have to drive 14 miles for the most amazing crab cakes I have ever tasted. Thank you. I will be back. A lot. I will try not to be a pest.

So awesome! Everything was delicious & the view from the patio is stunning.

Consistently good fare. Nice river view and good people watching from the dog-friendly patio.

Wilde Cafe has the best atmosphere in the metro area and you can actually carry on a conversation without yelling. It's great for coffee and the delicious desserts, and food from morning breakfast thru dinner and after an event. You can tell I love the place.

Todd and I were at Wilde for the first time today. I have to say it was one of my worst dining experiences as it was the coldest restaurant I have ever been in. Even Todd said he was freezing. The ladies next to us also put their coats back on during their meal. Todd's breakfast burrito came cold as well, he had to send it back to be warmed up, it was cold inside. It was not taken off of our bill, he had to wait for it to be reheated-after he had waited for our waiter to finish up with a large table of ladies. Just an uncomfortable visit...freezing and the restaurant had been open since 7 am so no excuse for it to be that cold at 11:30 am.

Great food! I had the blue cheese/fig pizza. Couldn't be better. Others in my party had a variety of entrees and all were well satisfied. For sure will be back!

Nice atmosphere, courteous staff, and good menu items including an excellent and savory, house-made veggie burger.
