Came to the restaurant on a whim. I ordered the Normandy Inn Special - 16oz Choice Boston Strip. The steak was a little tough and lots of gristle, it was a Select cut at best. I ordered it medium but it was more rare and cold in the middle. It had good seasoning and flavor, just not cooked evenly
The food here is delicious!! Our waitress was awesome ( prompt, polite, & super fast) - all in all a wonderful experience!!
