Terrible omg this was my cousins first time trying the 4pcs cheesy toys and wow we finally went for them today how about after waiting patiently in line for almost 15 mins the cheesy toys weren't as advertised and didn't taste the way I had first enjoyed them from Burger King on South 27th street by St Luke's hospital. This Burger King totally ruined this first time experience trying cheesy tots for my cousins I had to apologize to him. The Tots weren't of shape and wasn't fresh the weren't burnt and greasy tasting. Disgusting never again upset I am!!!

Employee shot another employee to death in this Burger King!! This place should close permanently....not just out of respect, but because this place sucks. Long waits, poor quality of food and I definitely do not feel safe going there. Also...super unsanitary. I’d give this place 0 stars if that was possible.

Longest drive through ever been in ,over 20 minutes. Then while stuck (can't back out or get around) we find they're out of everything "all we got is whoppers ",no coke? "No" onion rings or mozzarella sticks? "No just whoppers. It seemed like there were plenty of people working there, the long wait didn't make sense. Apologetic though.

Went there for dinner for my fiance after he got out of the hospital he order fresh off the broiler a number 2 with only onion mayo and ketchup. They made us go through the drive through twice to start off because we pulled to the window after waiting and saying hello to no response at the drive thru speaker. So after we finally get to order they werent very nice the lady had an attitude it was late last night but thats not the point. Got his good his burger was rubbery from it being old it was barely warm and they put everything on it. Then we drove back asked for a refund after arguing with us saying we ordered something we didnt. The lady finally gets her manager who refunds our money and acted as though he really didnt care much about the situation. Very bad experience.

Horrible!! I waited in line over 30 minutes just to order with 8 more cars behind me. This was ridiculous. You should NEVER have a customer waiting that long in a drive through line.I definitely will NOT be going back.

I pulled up in the drive-through at 7:10 AM when Google says are open and no one answers or says anything for three minutes I pull up to the window they just kind of stand around inside try not to make iContact very strange at the very least just say hey so we’re temporarily closed instead of wasting someone’s time in the morning and they’re just trying to get some food
