I come here all the time , and spend a pretty penny for my family for dinner. They always get everything right. The customer service is great and

Possibly mistakes likely to do colors need some improvements ordered a hamburger with fried onion got a cheeseburger with fried onions ketchup mustard and pickle and I got it to go so I can't just take it back to the counter no organization between the cashiers and the people loading orders as I watched for the few minutes as they were putting things together you have to have certain people and certain areas doing certain things to make it all work as a team no team playing my feet were stuck to the floor the floor was clean but sticky everywhere it just needs a little help and better management

This is not a bad place to visit. Most of the time, it's good. On my last visit, the front counter cashier got my order completely wrong after speaking perfectly good english. 😆 and had nerves to debate with me about it. I told dude that I know what the hell I told you. It's crazy how these minimum wage workers get in their feelings when they are the one who made the mistake.

Shout out to there manager workers and customers. We had a panhandle that got out of hand with my great nephew (who is 7). Culver's manager was right there, getting the woman's attention off of us. Others got us to the door.

Environment real smooth...only problem is that my friend n I waited like 15mins for just shakes, and then when we finally got them they weren't even thick. It was like they had been sitting out all melted. Other than that I love culver's

Absolutely delicious food that is well worth the wait.
I ordered a mushroom & swiss burger and my girlfriend ordered a fish sandwich. We both had fries and a chocolate concrete mixer. I almost wanted to go back for another, but the older I get, it seems like it is less that I want.

If I could give the food 10 stars I would. Best. Burgers I ever had in my life. Nobody even comes close to their burgers. Er mer gerd. And as a bonus my daughter works at Culvers in Oak Creek WI.
