I was here a few minutes ago and the food was GREAT. That’s not a hyperbole, this place could be up in rating (stars) if more people ate here. You think I’m lying? I’ve had just about every item on the menu. Even their alcoholic drinks are fire! Great service too, welcoming staff, and perfect vibes being set by the decoration of the place. 5 stars, no doubt.

Ordered online for pick up since I live a little out of the way. The moment that I walked in I was greeted by a really nice host. He gave me a friendly smile and told me that the woman at the bar was bagging up my order. My order was ready right when I walked in the door. That was awesome. She bagged our order and then got our lemonade and Diet Pepsi together and i drove back home to the east side. The food stayed warm in their containers and it was delicious. We got a 6 ounce streak fries and mashed potatoes. Also a burger and fries. Everything was cooked PERFECTLY I was super impressed. I highly recommend this location.

Food is always good and on time. There was a little confusion about who our waiter was, so we sat for 10 minutes with no waiter. But once that glitch was handled everything else ran smoothly. Server was pleasant and checked in frequent to make sure we were okay.

I must say that I eat at this Applebee’s about 4-6 times a month and today was the best experience I had. When I first walked in I had to wait about a minute or so before the hostess came to sit us and the table she took me to still had food crumbs on the seat which is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
My waiter was awesome his name was Octavio and he was the best waiter I have had in years. My mother was having a bad day and he was able to bring her mood up. He was funny and extremely efficient. I even told the manager to do all he can to keep him there as he is an asset. I am sure that Octavio will do GREAT wherever he ends up! I hope to have him as my waiter the next time I come in. Would even be willing to wait for a table just to get him. Congrats Applebee’s on finally getting a waiter that understands customers and diversity!!!!!

Loved the food and our server, but food did take it's time. However, the ribs were do delicious that we'll be back. So was most everything else, including blackberry lemonade and the spinach and artichoke dip.
Also, never sit in the booth if you have any leg problems.

I came in with my 7 year old son for my birthday lunch and it was great. Our waitress was Andrea and she was excellent! She checked on us often and was very attentive. At the end she brought out the biggest complementary birthday sundae I have ever seen!

Leigh was our server for late night appetizers and she was phenomenal. Great food and even better service. She was clearly busy but still stayed friendly and awesome. We’re equal distance from two Applebee’s but will definitely go back to this one!! Thanks Leigh!

My small steak came in the form of a long cube, not shaped like a steak at all, which made it hard to cut against the grain and enjoy. The 2nd half of it was good cold the next day though... Our server was incredible so I didn't whine about the steak but I did mention it.

Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant! Bartender's fingers all inside drinks, server saying "I hate this place", disgustingly dirty menus, being overcharged, and long wait for food even though not that busy. The best part was our server put in our food order wrong and 3 of 4 people had food while the other had to wait for them to fix the mistake. Nothing done about it, hardly even a "sorry". Would have left a bad tip, but the server was hovering over while paying. This place used to be nice.

Worst service ever. We waited 20 minutes for silverware so I could eat a salad. Our waitress never came back. We had to get up and ask another waiter for it. Then our food arrived and the waitress never brought our drinks.

Very poor service only 4 other people in restaurant. After 13 minutes I wanted to leave but hubby went and told hostess. Another 5 minutes went by-finally server showed up. Server acted like we interrupted her. never asked if we wanted more water. We asked for raw onions on salad-brought to us by another server with no onions had to re ask for them. Not a pleasant experience. Will only go back after 6

Waited over 30 min for our appetizer which was cold and had to be sent back. Finally after waiting over an hour for our food my steak tasted like it had gone bad. The manager offered to bring me something else but considering we had already been there an hour and a half and my steak left a horrible taste in my mouth I declined. He took my meal off the bill. Pretty used to slow service here but the food was good so we went back, now even the food is horrible. Won't be going back to this location ever again.

This Applebee's is really a place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a meal with friends. The staff is excellent and the restaurant is always clean and inviting. They take great care to be sure the food is always as ordered. This is always our first choice when we are going out for dinner. Thank you to the staff and management.
