So I am going 1 star for a simple reason, the customizing was not followed except for minimum lettuce. No extra tomato, no extra pickle, no reg onion, or spices, and no extra peppers. Like dude come on. Everything else was great but what's the point in customization if you can't follow the order? Even factoring possible other orders, which it looked the end of a possible rush, slow down, take a breath and get the order right. This is what I expected from Subway or Jerry's not Jimmy John's.

They are always so nice when I go in. I even signed up for the app because the woman there kept reminding me. I am thankful because I earned a free sandwich and have more rewards. The employees are nice and informative. I always get a hi and have a nice day when I come in.

I just ordered a sandwich with mayo on the side and sandwich cut in half but neither was done. I've been at the hospital all day and this was the first thing I've eaten. I'm just disappointed, I wish staff would pay more attention. I get it's not a big deal but I spent money on this food, so feel it's only fair that I get what I ordered...

Placed an order online. It took about a half hour to make 2 subs, and over a half hour to deliver from a location 6 minutes away. The sandwiches were made according to our orders, but they were not cut in half, like we asked. It has happened a few times recently. I don't think I'll be ordering from this location anymore.
Update (5/2022): It was ready when we arrived early, because they were slow. The orders were accurate, but still not cut in half like I requested for 2 of the 3 sandwiches.

We had an order for two party platters and a couple of slims set for a 430 pickup. Not so freaky fast. With Jimmy John's reputation I thought it all would be ready by 430. Nope. I got there to pick our order up at 430 and I waited until 445 for my order to be ready.

Today I ordered a sandwich, chips and a fountain drink. The only thing correct was the bag if chips I grabbed. My sandwich was on the wrong bread and I had to throw away my drink as the dispenser labeled unsweetened iced tea was really sweet tea 🤮

Thank u for getting my order wrong when I was the only person in the store, a simple #12 unwich with pickles & oregano, after watching someone else (white) walk in, order, & leave with their food & them congregating with their pimpish manager i finally got my unwich, drove 12 miles home to find no pickles or oregano, which was strange because I spoke clear English, they responded in clear English, the recipt clearly said add pickles & oregano, so sure when I paid 100% of the money I assumed I would get 100% of what I ordered, especially since I was the only one there so it should've been any distraction,which I'm praying my food wasn't played with on purpose
