Mac and cheese is really good Too much parmesan on the salad Server wasn't very friendly but got our food to us in a timely manner

New to Milwaukee but this is my go to place. If there is no restaurants available at night then order from here. Food is great and the delivery is quick. Would usually call the restaurant to include chopsticks. They are very responsive and helpful. Usually order the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles and Buffalo Chicken Mac. Definitely recommend this place!!

This location of Noodles has been pretty satisfactory all the time. Food comes in a reasonable amount of time and it tastes as good as any other location.

This is a great place for a quick and delicious meal or snack with a large variety of different noodle cuisines. Don't overlook the fantastic salads especially the Mexican Street Corn Salad. I also really like their potstickers as a perfect start to a meal.

Great Food. Excellent Service. We were a big party of scatterbrained individuals and yet order came out perfect, with a smile, and with plenty of utensils and napkins. Sat on the lovely sun drenched patio and enjoyed every spoonful of the delicious and expertly prepared food. From vegan dishes to the beef dishes, every single member of the party had positive things to say about the experience. Would I return and/or recommend? A big "Heck Yes!" on both accounts!

We noticed how the service and quality of food was better than in others areas around SE WI. Even before the pandemic the carryout has been satisfying. My food is hot and fresh, and each time it is "different", maybe more or less of a product than the time before, which is okay to me. I'd suggest you order carryout soon, and leave as soon as you place the order and your food will be great just like mine.

This is the best noodles and company in the city.... and I deliver door dash on a regular basis so I can sincerely say you guys are doing so well. You always have my orders ready when I show up and the customers are noticing! I am noticing! From the cashiers to the cooks you have an amazing staff at this location!

I live in the Washington DC area and needed to order food for my grandmother who wasn’t feeling well. I wasn’t sure how the time of delivery varies order on app with East coast time and when it would be delivered Central time. I called the store and spoke with Daniel the manager and he was very patient and helpful with my unique question. Always refreshing to receive good customer service, especially over the phone.

Food is prepared well here, although I feel sometimes they give me smaller portions than other locations. Good central location nearby other downtown necessities like Pick 'N Save or Starbucks. Clean area, friendly staff, and free parking.

The staff is mostly students, so there are often some small mistakes, but nothing egregious. service is slightly slow, but may just be the time of day i go. their food however is great, i personally always get the buttered noodles with a protein choice, but i always see the rest of the group enjoying whatever they got. They have a freestyle cola mashine that seems to always be working fine.

Best Noodles experience I've had in a while. The food came out great compared to other noodles I've visited recently, and the employees were over the top friendly, even though i had a few rowdy children with me. Would go again.

I ordered chicken noodle soup and Korean meatballs through door dash. The food came pretty fast and was tasty. A regular soup is pretty large for $6. However I didn't like that the meatballs was just meatballs drowning in Korean sauce. Also when you put a certain number on line it'd be nice to receive that number. Not a big deal but when I'm paying 50 cent per ball. I want all my balls 🤣🤣.

I do say this place is delicious but I wish they had pho' soup lol but I enjoyed it I thought I wouldn't thought I would step my foot threw that door but I did and loved it man n cheese and pork with BBQ Sauce on top just perfect �

I always receive great, friendly service here...definitely one of my go to's!

The last couple of times I have gone here they have messed up my order.

Jennifer made my visit here totally AWESOME! I had not been to a Noodles & Company in 2 decades when the first store opened on Oakland Ave in Milwaukee. So my son suggested I try the Cappitava but then I saw they had Pad Thai...OMG so delicious! Jennifer told me that I would love it and she was right. Thanks for being so patient and courteous plus recommending the Pad Thai..and rice crispies. I will return for the Cappitava.

I placed an online order to the Ogden location in Milwaukee, WI on Monday, January 29, 2018 at approximately 10:45am for pick-up at 11:15am. My co-worker also placed an order for pick-up. When she went to the store, her order was ready, but they claimed that they did not have my order. She asked them if the order that was sitting on the counter was mine, and they insisted it was not. She left the store and returned to the office to let me know that they could not locate my order. I called the store immediately and spoke with a young man who confirmed that I had indeed ordered at that location and I had received an email confirmation. He then proceeded to connect me to the manager who confirmed the same information. Moments later, the manager had asked me if I had ordered buttered noodles and proceeded to tell me that my order was sitting on the counter. He asked me if I wanted to pick it up, in which I told him that I could not pick it up, which was why I sent someone else to get the order. He stated he would void the order. I noticed this morning that the money was taken out of my account for an order that I never received due to employ error. Even worse, I tried to call when the location opened at 10:30 and still wasn't able to get in touch with anyone by 10:49, meaning I called for 19 minutes straight. I am irate at the lack of customer service and would like a refund. Additionally, I tried to call the corporate office and wasn't able to connect to anyone for assistance. I submitted two online customer feedback forms. I understand it takes time to get through all of the feedback Noodles and Company receives, but I honestly feel as though the company basically stole from me. The entire experience has been negative and I am beyond disappointed.
