I have never had a problem, the staff is so nice. I get little notes on my cups from time to time

I like the hot chocolate... but they need a refrigerator instead of leaving the food out in the display case from open until close. That's not fresh.
Other than that they're friendly and good hot chocolate!
I don't go often to this location but the times I've been there they have been very polite and quick.
