Very disappointed I ordered a 3 piece dinner. Got home and notice it was a 2 piece instead. I tried calling and all I got was a voice mail. I know times are hard and everyone is working short handed but for me to pay 12.00 for a meal I expected to right. Or at least for someone to answer the phone

I could not order my food in the drive thru due to the speaker being down. Had to wait in line behind 5 cars until they ordered there food at the pull up window. Once I received my food order I asked for packages of honey, hot sauce, and some seasoning packages. They did not have none at all. Not even 1 package of any thing.

I was just at Popeye's Chicken on 7525 Good Hope Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53223 and after waiting for almost an hour for the line to move we decided to drive off. When we get to the front of the store we see three workers sitting down eating. This is just unacceptable Popeye's and you need to fire all of them. Please get your workers the proper training and make sure you have a manager to make sure that the work is getting done. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Was driving for a ride share service today when a request for a food delivery came in. Had I seen that it was for the Popeye's Chicken on 76th and Good hope I wouldnt have accepted it. The last couple times I made the bad decision to go there the person running the drive through made me wait 5 minutes before talking once I finally get to the speaker after waiting 30 minutes in line. Today I decided to run inside to pick up the order instead of wasting time waiting in the drive through line. 2:30pm in the afternoon and the lobby door was locked. So, back to the car to wait in the drive through line. How is it possible the line hardly moved for such a long period of time. I finally made it to the speaker and let the person know I'm there to pick up a previously placed order. Their response, "We don't have an order made online. Have a nice day". Didn't even give me a chance to talk. Just, "Have a nice day". This is the worst place to go to. Absolute garbage all around

Not only does this one suck. They all suck. Went to 4. FOUR. Waited for 45 minutes or longer. I wanted some chicken. Only spicy breast. Could not fill coupon. Never no chicken. Never no spicy. You wait in line for 45 minutes or more. Put out a sign. No spicy. No chicken or 20 minute wait for chicken. Then say only mild. Who eats mild anyway that they always have mild. Or open the lobby so you can tell people this. I am going to give Popeye's a long rest. Will not be going for awhile. Sure it does not matter.

Although the cashier was extremely friendly, it's a culture shock to pay for 14 strips and drive back to Waukesha to find out their is 9 complete strips! (The box had crumbs and strips ripped in half or thirds)

Went in for a 2 can dine with coupon,then I saw they had a sale 10 pieces for $14.99 so I ordered that,as I walked in a lady looked at me and said "Good luck young man".... I saw that they had an abundance of employees there at least 4 Cooks which is shocking for a Popeyes lately,and several people on line and on the register. HOW COULD THEY STILL BE HORRIBLE!!!! It starts the guy behind the register is acting goofy and flirting with customers and workers,messing up orders & tapping the tongs used to pick up the chicken on the counter,and using his hand to wipe his mouth,so I asked for my money back because they said it would be 40 minutes on mild chicken & I and other customers were just disgusted. The girl couldn't count that gave me my money back and I just took whatever and went right next door to Culver's (Which I didn't have a taste for)and spent even more money, but got my food in maybe 7 minutes. I believe that Popeyes is soon to go out of business, because they have horrible workers and are always out of chicken & closing early all over the city. I don't know if the stores are corporate owned or franchised,but all the stores in Milwaukee need to be revamped,new training,just something, hell I would take one over and run it with a high paid skeleton crew. Something just needs to be done or they should sell their seasoning in convenience stores,because as I travel the country(I'm a truck driver)it seems like only in Texas do their stores do well.

I order food on 04/27/22 around 845 Pm. Made it home. My chicken had a burnt taste and was dark in color . I can tell that it was cooked in burnt cooking oil . I would never recommend this restaurant
