Always a pleasure to come here when im in Milwaukee. My bartender was so kind and actually had a conversation. We laughed and talked while I was waiting on my food. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich which automatically comes with waffle fries. Can tell the chicken was in a brine with how juicy it was. Breaded nicely for that crunch and seasoning you can taste. A must visit if you come to Milwaukee

Stopped in here for a post-dinner drink and enjoyed our cocktails and conversations with Brittany and Maress! Great service in a great space, and a place worth revisiting to try their craft burgers and chicken. Still, the bar is a comfy and pretty spot to enjoy a quick drink and chill.

10 stars! This hidden gem, is definitely worth it! The chicken was fresh, staff was great, drinks were amazing, the kids loved the Mac n cheese and their southern fried chicken! Us 4 adults enjoyed the Nashville Hot fresh fried chicken, the buttermilk biscuits with the blueberry jam was so fresh you could taste the awesome earth! Definitely come try this place!

I give them Five Stars! I have been craving hot chicken after visiting Prince's Hot Chicken in Nashville. I am very pleased there is now got chicken in Milwaukee and good hot chicken! I have to say I think some people must have delicate teeth because the chicken crust was not rock hard. The crust was dark but that's from the hot mix that is slathered on the crust after frying. Prince's crust was dark also. Prince's is the Original Hot Chicken. The skin had a great crunch to it! If you desire KFC crispy chicken then go to KFC. There is a little sweet to the crust but just enough! The Nashville Hot was perfectly heated! It was hot but you can keep eating it. The chicken meat was juicy and tendor! I brine my chicken also and can tell that this place brines their chicken. With brining you maintain juice and flavor in the meat. Great chicken! I also had the 414 Hot Chicken and I have to say it was hoooooooooot! Sweat, runny nose and watery eyes was unstoppable! I can handle hot anything but this was up there on the hot 'o meter! While it was mouth burning it maintained a very good flavor. Thumbs up guys! Oh and yes I finished my hole piece of 414! I will be back again and again for more! My wife had a avacado melt and she said it was delicious! The mash potatoes had rosemary in it so they were not my wife's cup of tea but I loved them. We ordered a burger to take home and my son said it also was delicious! Our waitress was very attentive and had great customer service. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing. They have a country theme and it is well decorated. Beautiful restaurant! We enjoyed our visit and will be back! I will be sure to bring friends and coworkers! I work throughout the city so if I'm in Bay View I will come have lunch.

I was here about a year ago and the chicken was good, but took a long time. This time the speed was there and the flavor, this place is only improving. We ordered the pork belly greens and salted watermelon (best bites are the last ones soaked in lime),delicious. We also had the Nashville hot chicken and the 411 fire. I think it might be time to add a hotter Nashville flavor, the 411 is hotter, but a different profile. I was at Hattie Bs this summer and had their hottest, I think there would be room for at least one more TBS of cayenne option. Also really solid drinks and beer list was super impressed by the array of local Wisconsin beers, the owners do their homework.

Food and cocktails are amazing! Gotta get the brussel sprouts and Nashville hot chicken! Watch out for the 414 and lava, they are ACTUALLY spicy!

Visited last night with a group of 8. Wait was non-existent, and they had no issue combining some tables to accommodate. The door setup is a bit confusing, as you have to enter through the Crafty Cow, but that may be temporary. Service was great! We were able to order our drinks, which we were informed still fell under happy hour, as well as some spectacular cheese curds (normally $8.50, but only $5 during HH...get two orders). The server allowed us more than enough time between interactions, which were always pleasant and comfortable. We were not a quiet group, but no one ever asked us to pipe down or anything like that. The place attracts good people, including the lovely couple next to us, who offered to snap a group pic. Our food orders were placed and may have taken a bit to come out, but they were a little busy and we had a lot of food coming. It was worth the wait. Sadly, I took no pictures of the food there, but I'll post a pic of my leftover wings. I'm a heat fanatic, so I went with Nashville Hot and 414 Fire, which I was a bit surprised when I saw $12/6...but that made a lot of sense once they arrived. You're getting whole, un-separated, wings. Fantastic. Wings were very good. Cooked perfectly, flavors are dry rubs, which used brown sugar to mellow out the heat a bit (as well as the black pepper). Neither flavor was melt your face off hot, but really offered wonderful flavor and balance. I'd love to get a bottle of the 414 Fire rub for a steak sometime. Maybe they'd out it on a burger... Mac and Cheese was a huge hit, even with a picky 3 year old. I heard they use Gouda, but whatever they used it was very tasty. My wife had the chicken sandwich, as did my brother (who suggested going there)...she raved about how good it was, but wouldn't share. Overall, loved it. Nice spot, parking was easy enough, service was wonderful, and they didn't mind us hanging out for over 2 hours. Will return sometime again to try one of the burgers, which looked very tasty!

Pretty good fried chicken. This visit was for brunch. Lots of food for the prices. Had the chicken and waffle sandwich with eggs and black pepper bacon sausage. Brown sugar butter was good, almost like cookie dough. Waffles were more liege style. Very sweet, too much so for us, especially with that butter and maple syrup. But still, good stuff. Chicken and waffles was great too, 2 large thighs each over it's own liege waffle.

I'm slowly getting addicted to this place. Chicken & waffles are super delicious and those sweet potato fries are the best anywhere!!! Clean and superb service.
