I recently had the pleasure of visiting a charming establishment, and I just have to express my admiration for the outstanding customer service I received, particularly from Alexis and her helpful colleague (whose name I regrettably forgot to ask). Their enthusiasm and eagerness to assist made my experience truly remarkable! From the moment I walked in, the energy exuded by Alexis and her colleague was infectious. They welcomed me warmly, immediately creating a friendly atmosphere. Their genuine passion for their work was evident as they graciously guided me through their menu and offered amazing recommendations, especially tailored to my taste preferences. With their expert advice, I decided to try combinations of my favorite fruits, and it was a delightful adventure! Alexis took great care to ensure that my order was prepared to perfection – the consistency was on point, and the taste was simply fantastic. It's evident that she takes pride in her craft, going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional drink every time. What truly impressed me was Alexis's convincing advocacy for their app. Despite initially being hesitant, her enthusiasm convinced me to give it a try – and I'm so glad I did! The app has become an invaluable tool for me to stay updated on the latest offerings, promotions, and even personalized recommendations. It has only enhanced my love for this place! Great drinks - put our order in ahead of time and it was ready before we arrived!

If you've never gone here, you're missing out. This one in particular has a good group of people. The service & quality is always great, & about a handful of people that are consistent at setting a positive atmosphere by a friendly greeting as soon as we walk in the door. Always a pleasure to see them. UPDATE : After this post I came across a different smoothie company, WAY closer to home. We've been going to this new place ever since (3+ months). Just visited Jamba a few days ago.. it's not the same as it used to be. But that's just going off of one day. I understand people have "off" days though. I'm keeping 5 stars up because I appreciate the good people they had & the fact that these business owners are doing the right thing by investing in healthy places like this, that help make life healthier.
