Walking the mall and just happened to stop in! (Oct 30, 2018 Around 3pm)
Employee very friendly! Great atmosphere! Large variety even the pickiest person will be satisfied! Prices are fair! Overall experience was great and I plan on returning with the family! 1 out of 10...10!!!

Lots of flavors and great ice cream! They serve Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream for Wisconsin familiars or natives. Took a star off for price as it's a little higher than most comparable places and also the ice cream I had on my last visit was served almost melting, I think they had some sort of cooling problem. Perhaps it was just a one time thing and not a chronic issue, however.

I was sitting near the little play area (kids wanted a train ride, yay!)
and this AMAZING smell came out of this penguin place.
Following my nose I see a guy making fresh waffles to mold into cones and bowls.
Fresh made cones and bowls ~ nice!
There were many flavors to choose from
(both in ice cream and in toppings).
It was clean and well stocked.
The guy working was very friendly.
Will stop by again when in Southridge for a fresh made cone.
