Milwaukee fast food is extremely terrible but this Mickeys takes the prize for worst location of all. The drive thru takes 30 minutes because they hate you and don’t want you to eat there. They say the dining room was first closed because of COVID but it stays closed so no one sees them spitting in your food.

They couldnt be bothered to answer drive through. When I pulled up to the window I could see employees just chillin out and laughing at me. The location says 24 hours. I dont really expect much from McDonalds but this somehow managed to disappoint. I love nothing more than going to an open restaurant, not being served, and then being laughed at on top of it… Ive never reviewed a restaurant before today but honestly what I experienced was really disrespectful and beyond incompetent. If you can’t run a store then just shut it down, save yourself the time, money and dignity.

This is easily the worst food place I have ever visited. Ever. And I know because I've been here a lot. They are so slow bc they obviously don't care. This is the eighth time I've been here in 2 months. I have sat in the drive-thru for a minimum of 20 minutes each time and most often it's closer to 45 minutes. This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life. Go to the one on Port Washington. It's worth the extra miles to save the 45minute wait time.

Store says 24 hours. Clearly they are not 24 hours. Three cars in the drive through, all confused as to why no one is taking any orders. Store looked empty but with coats laying around. Called them, they claimed they were closed and then they hung up on me.

They never got my order right I got a different sandwich a coffee I kept telling them they did not get it right I ordered a Mc griddle and a small Hot chocolate with extra whip and Carmel syrup with the chocolate,then that was when I was applying for a position management in stores.

They are not open 24hrs away pluss order is never right sad because I live right here too and seems like own don't care complained to management and nothing changed

Don't order a large frappe. They'll give you a large cup with a medium amount - this is the third time it's happened to me at this location, so it's clearly not an accident. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh and tasty, sometimes it's definitely been sitting around for way too long.

I dont even wanna give these ppl one star after waiting for nearly 40 mins for my food just to be shorted. Again, is there a potato shortage because to receive about 10 -12 fries in a medium is ridiculous. All 3 were the same way, cheap asses didn’t even open the cartons up to fill them.

Although I rarely ever eat fast food, on 11/9/15 my wife and I got lunch from the east cap McDonalds location & while I was eating my quarter pounder deluxe I begin to almost choke as I was attempting to swallow. I then pulled from my mouth I huge piece of plastic. when I informed the staff they acted as if that was normal. thats completely insane. luckily for them it was not one of my children eating that sandwich. they could've been seriously hurt of died. i will never ever eat there again. i will be sharing my post all over social media, filing complaint with health department and contacting their corp office. I almost plan to stop as many people as possible from eating there

Broke ass ghetto place. Charged me .22 for a WATER. I ordered $14 in food as well. Charged me .26 for some damn mayo. Then had some dirty ass bum ask me for $ as I'm eating. They need to just close down.

Anytime you come to their drive thru, you better make sure you have something to do. It will always take an hour! Yes...an hour for one large Dr. Pepper. Ok...exaggerated, but in reality, it was a 1/2 an hour.

Gospel music is for church not a restaurant. It is McDonald's store not Debbie's. Asked to have the music changed or turned off and was told "it's her choice". No it is not ,you cater to the customer not yourself. Go thump your bible on your own time not mine.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR, and MANAGER, My order was WRONG and when I brought it to their attention, they acted like I did something wrong, thank goodness I had my receipt.... Never again will I spend my money with them! My meal was Not HAPPY!!!
