Ran out of bread (supposedly) at 130 on a Saturday afternoon. Bizarre experience, rude staff. Would recommend a different location or Cousin's Subs up the street.

Chase went above and beyond to get me my order when I accidentally ordered to the wrong address. And of course, it arrived so quickly! Absolutely amazing customer service! Give him a raise!

Now that the mask ban, is about to be lifted, it's very visible these folks, are trying to get the serving areas back to Mar. 2020, consumer friendly , you can tell they are somewhat easing up on things, like the soda serving access to the customers, and will be reverting to most thi gs peeps, liked before. Like...., being able to have all the previous spots placed for customers to eat at, table wise. It just felt more comfortable, eating THERE.

The delivery driver gentleman was AWESOME! Had a tad more quarters and graciously took them, fist bump me for having change organized for easy count and had a great sense of humor of the situation. Unfortunately, our vehicle battery went dead and just had series if bad luck... Definitely made my night and smile. I tipped enough, but next time if I have him again...will tip him a big one for being so cool and understanding!

Great spot for quick launch clean fast friendly. The ability fulfill fast catering needs for small business get togethers or family events. With pretty short notice. Very responsive to customer needs. Fast delivery also multiple delivery drivers available. To bad they're not open late night on weekends. This area is a food after 10 PM. Please take into consideration being opened late nights.

Best jimmy johns in the city! They’re always fast, polite, fast, friendly and most importantly, fast. I come here almost everyday and I’ve never been disappointed. They’ve also done great last minute catering for my business parties! They’ve even memorized my sub. Can’t recomend this jimmy johns enough!

Fast service and a correctly made order each visit.
If you are looking for a quality sandwich/sub, stop the car because this is your spot. Staff understands the menu and produces your order in as long as it takes to check the notification on your phone.

If you're there during the day, this is THEE BEST Jimmy John's in all the area! I order a lot of lunches for my coworkers here and seriously, the staff here makes everything better! Jimmy John's is consistent, no matter where you are - but when it's served with this kind of personal service, everything is better. Whoever hires the employees here, needs to share their secrets.
