I visited mid day on a wednesday and sat at the bar. The tacos I ordered were served within a few minutes and the three styles I had were delicious, distinct, and fresh.

The chimichurri steak tacos really hit the spot after a busy weekend at the convention center around the corner. Delicious and filling. Service was friendly and fast.

This is one of my favorite Mexican places ever. They start out with complimentary chips and salsa and those are fresh and flavorful. Their menu has many options with lots of tacos. Not shown here was a phenomenal chorizo taco. Their portions are big. This chimichanga was $14 and it was massive. The beans and rice are absolutely to die for. The rice is fluffy and seasoned and the beans are meaty. Everything is good here and I will come back. Good, friendly staff as well.

The food here is great! They bring out chips and salsa to start and their chips are delicious. I ordered the Kombo #2 which came with a quesadilla, burrito, and an enchilada all with carnitas (which is an additional $2 that I was unaware about). Regardless, the meat was very tender and flavorful. The quesadilla and the burrito honestly taste the same as it’s just cheese and meat in a tortilla but both were still good. The rice and beans are homemade and you can definitely tell when eating them. I’ve never had Mexican rice so fluffy and with so much flavor. The beans were also super flavorful too.
Our waiter was very nice and I will definitely come back to try more of the menu!

It was my first time there and I absolutely loved it! From the outdoor seating on Brady St to the food, to the customer service of the hostess and water. I would absolutely recommend. Good prices, strong drinks (lol) and amazing service. Their veggie burrito actually had veggies in it 🤤

Deliciosa comida Mexicana!!! Highly recommend the fajita, it’s enough for 2 people and only $20. Margs were great, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, outside is overlooking Brady St. Staff is very friendly and will make recommendations! Excelente experiencia!

This review is actually for the location inside the 3rd St Market. I just ordered some plain steak tacos, they were super flavor. Something simple yet delicious. Not much to say about this place…..oh they only take cash.

We’ve been meaning to check out Kompali for a while now and I’m excited that we were finally able to make it. Well worth the wait. It’s a very cool environment with great Mexican food (and a strong tequila selection to go with it). The next time you’re down on Brady or looking for a new spot for good Mexican food, give Kompali a try.
